Yesterday, I asked the masters in advance if they cut children's hair, and they confirmed to me that they cut their hair even from the age of two if the child is sitting quietly. Today I came with a child to get a haircut, but I was faced with the master's outright unwillingness to work with children. The master began to subtly hint at the refusal, arguing that she did not want to bother with the child. I assured her that my child was sitting quietly, but the master said that she didn't care, and if the child started acting up or twitching, she would leave him uncut and send him home, since she didn't have time to sort it out. As a result, we were refused a haircut. When I asked if there was another master who could accept us, I was told that the other master would also refuse. Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. Management should conduct an educational briefing for employees on some basic things about communicating with clients and solving various situations (in particular, with the foreman who worked on 08/16/2019 at 9:00).
