At first they said that I had a room with accommodation for 2 people, that there was nothing to pay extra when checking in on the 2nd, but when checking in they said to pay extra. There was an early flight, they did not check in early in the morning to go to the room to rest, they charged for another day, there were not enough sun beds by the pool, the shuttle once did not pick up from the mall at the appointed time.

For the first time it is so difficult to express your emotions about the hotel. Probably, the most accurate thing will be - the entire staff does not care about all visitors. No, you will not see dirt, rudeness, normal breakfasts, there is a swimming pool, sauna, regular cleaning, our unjustified expectations are due to the fact that this is the most indifferent hotel in terms of service.
Everyone smiles, agrees, but in fact-either nothing is being done, or it is being done "to fuck off".
We didn't stay long, we came to celebrate the anniversary in Dubai. It was not celebrated at the hotel, but the hotel did not congratulate.
In general, as distant relatives, we were tolerated in the hotel, and we never set foot to them again 😀

An ideal hotel for those who want to save money and enjoy their holidays! Located near the metro station, it is very convenient to get to everything. There is a transfer to the sea (but it was too late for us). Beautiful cozy rooms with high ceilings (there are small chips on the furniture, but in general everything is fine). Good sound insulation. There was a balcony and it even opened. They do not clean well, they do not know how, but all the staff is friendly. I was most pleased with the breakfasts and dinners. Unexpectedly, it's nice to get brie cheese for dinner for a small price, everything is varied and very tasty. Every day there was something new.

In general, the hotel is not bad, but what spoiled the impression is the lack of seats in the shuttle to and from the beach (even if you take a queue for 30 minutes), there are a lot of people and there may simply be no room left for you, you can't go standing and the second bus is not driven, so you either have to take a very long metro ride, or by taxi (20-25AED), it might as well be easier to pay extra for a hotel closer to the beach. The rooms are clean, but a little old, in dark colors and red furniture (does not match the photo on the Booking). There is a noisy highway under the window.

I chose this hotel on the recommendation of my friend. But his description turned out to be false. This is by far the worst hotel I've been to. Everything went wrong from the very beginning. There is black mold and cockroaches on the walls in the rooms. A day after my check-in, a hotel employee came to me and said that today was eviction day.
But all this is nothing compared to what happened next. My T-shirt was under a towel and the cleaner, I believe, accidentally took it away. There's nothing wrong with that, just a technical problem. I asked them to search. They searched for 2 days and while I didn't remind them, they didn't try in any way. In the end, they told me that they had found nothing. An absolutely disgusting manager named George came out and started talking to me in a boorish manner. It turns out I wasn't there yet. They came in and rummaged through my things to make sure I didn't hide this shirt. He said that how can I prove it, they took it away or I forgot it somewhere. Absolute nonsense. I didn't want to communicate with this creature any further. The next day I met with the general manager. He was more pleasant, apologized, offered a late eviction or lunch. I didn't want lunch because eating in a hotel with cockroaches is not the best idea. Disgusting stay. A lost shirt and nerves. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel. They will probably answer according to the template. But they don't really care. If it wasn't for employee Walid, I wouldn't have gotten this either.

I booked a room here, upon arrival, after talking with the clerk at the reception, I changed my mind about staying. There is a Gulf Oasis nearby for the same money, but everything is as it should be.
