Just as the Terrace is overrated, so is this restaurant underrated. Yes, not inside the fortress, but tasty and not so expensive. They ate tastier and cheaper here.
The broth with dumplings is very tasty, and so is lagman. Achukchuk with hot (very hot) pepper, keep in mind
