I stumbled on this place as I walked pass. It looks a lot more expensive than it is and definitely.more economical than inside the old city. I had the Khiva special of Shuvit Oshi which is like a pasta with beef stew and yoghurt, it was really delicious. I would recommend. It's just 100m to left of North Gate beside the hotel.

It is located close to Ichan Kola. Excellent, varied cuisine. After visiting on the first day of our stay in Khiva, we ordered pilaf for dinner on the second day. All the pilafs we tried earlier were just not pilafs! The receptionist of the Ghoul is attentive and good-natured. Great interior. Calm music, cozy atmosphere.

This is our first time in Khorezm, and when we asked where the most delicious fish was, we were advised by the PARVOZ restaurant! The place is simply amazing! Firstly, the convenient location is right at the exit from Ichan-Kala (we stayed in a hotel inside). Secondly, it is very beautifully decorated in the national style: the round ceiling is covered with bright patterned fabrics, embroidered susans on the walls, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Well, and most importantly, the excellent Khorezm cuisine, we tried fried fish, assorted barak (dumplings with different fillings and very delicate dough), and shivit osh (green noodles with delicious gravy). Special thanks for the excellent service: we were all simply captivated by the charming hostess Gulyere, who turned our visit into a real holiday and received us as the most expensive guests! We wish the PARVOZ restaurant success and prosperity!

I was very surprised by the reviews about the warm welcome. When we arrived at the cafe, only two tables were occupied, the rest were littered with dishes that had been cleaned up for the customers. They came up to us two minutes later - we hadn't had time to choose anything yet. When we were ready to place an order after 5 minutes, no one came up to us after 5, 10, or 15 minutes. I had to leave and had a really delicious meal at the Plane Tree Cafe. By the way, their menus and prices are very similar. (This is not an advertisement, if anything, I just heartily recommend it, the service and food are excellent)

I liked the cuisine, the dishes are all delicious and fresh. At the same time, everything is inexpensive! The interior also looks interesting (they took a location that was available a long time ago, decorated it a little and it turned out to be an entourage). Two points: 1) in the city as a whole, there is no such thing as freshly squeezed juices, and many places don't drink much coffee either. Therefore, these two things cannot be found in this place either, the only drinks are water, tea and all kinds of sugary sodas. 2) in Khiva, it's worse with Russian, so the menu doesn't spoil the description + you need to talk carefully with the waiters about what you ordered, because sometimes they think that you're just asking for something about the dish, and not ordering.

It's cozy, incredibly tasty, and can't afford it. Thanks to the whole team (the talented chefs, the administration), and especially to the waitress Gula: she creates the feeling that you are not a guest in a government institution, but at someone's house. The food is being prepared for you; we are sure that this is not a warm-up. Everything is fresh. You can leave a deposit and pilaf will be specially prepared for you next day. All 3 days in Khiva at least once a day, but we ate here. The fortress is much more expensive and very hectic.

Great restaurant! A very pleasant manager - bright, charismatic! She is already the highlight of this place! The service is excellent, and the dishes taste divine! A nice cafe just outside the fortress walls of Ichan-Kala. I can't say that the cuisine is amazing - just normal delicious food. But the prices are also reasonable. But the atmosphere is good. The soul of the restaurant is of course a Ghoul! I went to Parvoz for the first time after walking in almost 40 degree heat. And Gulya immediately offered to sit down, cool down, and drink something cold. Take your time with the order, but relax and come to your senses. Everyone is polite and very welcoming. And we found this cozy and beautiful place. We ordered fish-amazing! Lula and shish kebab are juicy. How you can cook an ordinary vegetable salad so deliciously has remained a mystery to me personally)) Prices fish 130 thousand per 1 kg, shish kebab 50 thousand 2 skewers, salad 20 thousand (all divided by 135 to get the amount in rubles) plus 10% fee as everywhere. A restaurant outside the walls of the inner city is correspondingly cheaper than the "Terrace" popular with tourists. And we had a more satisfying meal here than in Ichan-Kala. You can sit on a narrow deck near a pond or inside – in a building in the form of a yurt. We took a shurpa and a barbecue – everything was decent. And carp baked on coals is just a hit.
