To say that I was surprised by this level of communication between the consultants is an understatement. As you can see perfectly well, this is the kind of service that hides high marks from fakes) I waited 30 minutes for service in an empty store. I asked a passing consultant to help, he aggressively began to say that he was only dealing with bags and was not going to help me. I was surprised by his aggressiveness. After that, a lady consultant came over and said verbatim: "You should be glad that we allowed you to sit down and wait in the store instead of standing in the hallway." Then I finally fell out.
