We were in Ust-Kamenogorsk in August. The question became where to go in a small town in which mojo to walk, eat and listen to live music, we were advised by the ADC, which housed the Pinta bar and grill. We really liked the pint during our seven-day vacation, we went to the bar twice. They celebrated their birthday and just ate delicious food.
