The air conditioners in some rooms do not work, some do not have a remote control from the air conditioner.The slippers are all the same, there are no large sizes. Hygiene items for 3ku were given 1 time and that's it, even though we live for a few days. A low-quality shampoo that is sold in 5 liters. The refrigerators are empty somewhere, somewhere there is a full set of drinks.

It's a terrible hotel. The room stank of sewage. The ceilings are yellow from leaking. The view is poor. The staff is completely incompetent. In the morning, I had to explain for half an hour that I needed a receipt for accommodation. Then wait another half hour. As a result, an hour of time was lost. But the prices are high. The bill for dinner was 5,700 tenge. Salad, soup and the second course. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Baksha Sarai Hotel does not justify its price. A standard room costs 8 thousand tenge, which is not cheap by the standards of Kyzylorda. However, the condition of the rooms is poor. The service is also not up to par. And breakfast, although included in the room rate, but in order to have breakfast, you will need to go to a nearby hotel, where a meager menu will be waiting for you.

I happened to stay there I paid 14,000 for the room, left my things, went to work, arrived in the evening, the room was terribly dirty, there were cigarette butts under the bed, the carpet was covered in crumbs, in the bathroom in general, what kind of bird was sitting in the hood. As a result, I went to another hotel , it was not as comfortable as possible to spend the night there
