We visited this wonderful, family-run hotel in May. It is pleasant for the price, the reception staff is responsive, we even managed to talk with the head of the network before departure. It's very cool, that's why the hotel is so cool. The breakfasts are delicious, the portions are small, but everything is fresh, and the desserts are very tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and cozy. And most importantly, the interior. We walked around our floor like a gallery. It is very convenient that there are drinking water stands on each floor.
For those who apply for a US visa, the embassy is nearby. 10 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes if on foot.
I advise you to try the hotel. It is cozy, unlike other grids.
Also, thanks to the hotel, we managed to get to Karaganda. There is an Ozz there, too, and they helped us get there at a low cost.

A very cool hotel! Friendly staff! We were received good-naturedly at the reception. We arrived earlier and were helped to check in earlier! The service itself is excellent, the rooms are clean. Excellent staff work in the kitchen, they will always help! Very nice hotel!
