PROS: We checked into a room with a sea view, when booking there was just a room with a balcony, as a result, a room with two balconies and a beautiful view. The hotel is located on the first line, there is a public beach nearby, and a little further there is a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas (Akkan beach hotel). Good breakfasts, you won't stay hungry, there are fruits, vegetables, 5 types of cheese, honey, but every day the same assortment. Iron at the reception. There is a bus station and grocery stores nearby. Clean bed and towels. Good room cleaning, towels and bed linen were changed on the second day. CONS: there is dusty furniture on the balcony, there are malfunctions in the rooms, the drain of the barrel was stuck, the smell of sewage in the room was getting stronger every day. There were problems with the air conditioner in the second room, fixed on the same day, but the safe was closed, the problem was not solved in 3 days. You can stay for a few days, we slept with the windows open, the noise from the street did not interfere.

The worst hotel in the city. We arrived, checked into the most expensive room because they wrote that it was the best. It's just huge. But in general, the renovation is very tired, the Windows overlook the boulevard where it is very noisy. And two days later we moved to another hotel . And they didn't want to refund the money for the remaining period. At least some of it. We also had the bathroom flooded several times, there were some serious problems with the water. The electricity went out a couple of times . And the icing on the cake when we have a huge cockroach in our room . In general, it's our own fault . I should have read the reviews better. But there were no attempts from the hotel management to make the stay more comfortable.

The localization is amazing. There are 3 separate accommodation places with the same name. Whichever one you are going to, ask for location information so that you go to the right place. There is a paid parking lot right behind the hotel. About 15 euros per night.
