A team of repairmen arrived - they said that this is normal and it should be so. This was the last time anyone came from this counterparty. Further, smartholod simply stopped picking up the phone when I called, while if you call from a number that has not been called before, they respond promptly. No tech. passports for the refrigeration unit were also not provided and it is clear that I will not see them anymore. In addition, the supplied refrigeration unit is constantly frozen and the temperature regime in the chamber is severely disrupted for several hours, which has a bad effect on the product. We clean at our own expense from third-party contractors. We are preparing for the trial. The issuance of their site to the TOP of Yandex is clearly paid for. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM.
