I really liked the complex, the convenient location right above the sea. The sound of the sea can be heard outside the window. There are shops and restaurants on the ground floor. The prices are reasonable. Apartments of different levels. I was at two. The two-bedroom option was newer and more comfortable. In the single version, I liked the corner sofa - it was divided into two beds for children. There are sun beds and table tennis on the beach, as well as a shower. On the roof there is a gym, a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a sauna and a tennis court. It's a long way from the main attractions of Dubai - it takes about 1.5 hours by car.

The territory is well maintained, there is a small plot with greenery in front of the house. There is a supermarket on the ground floor. Grocery delivery can be ordered through Vacap. Is free. There are also cafes and restaurants on the ground floor. Chinese, Indian, European cuisine. The prices are reasonable. They cook delicious. There is a parking lot with security in the basement on two floors. Houses with letters B and C have a rooftop pool for adults, children, and a Jacuzzi. Tennis court, gym. It's free. After living in the residential complex, a positive impression remained. The center of Ras El Khaimah is 30 minutes away by car.

An ideal place for people who don't want to listen to noise and stay in a human anthill. An almost undeveloped island on which there is a residential complex in which apartments are rented. Free Wi-Fi, several cafes, a grocery store, a clean, free beach within walking distance with a shallow bay and a sandy bottom. Hairdressers, pharmacies, swimming pools and fitness rooms on the roofs. In my opinion, it is an ideal place to relax with small children. It is not suitable for outdoor enthusiasts, as it is impossible to get anywhere without a car, and by car or taxi the nearest civilization is 30-40km from the island. The island is made according to the principle of the Dubai Palm tree, but unlike it is very sparsely populated (so far). Therefore, those who want to chat and chat are ideal.

The pool is open, there is a sauna and a hammam, but I did not find them because I was not looking for them, the sea was enough for me. They rent apartments on QSTAY, prices on the site are cheaper than in booking, and you can pay with Union Pay, but I did not know I bought with tambourines and crutches through Booking, but it turned out to be cheap anyway, 8 days for 60k.r., it's autumn, the beginning of the season. The beach is clean, the water is warm. The apartment has everything for living, right down to garbage bags. For the first time, there are 2 pieces of shampoo and balm, they will eventually have to be bought somewhere. The rest, such as sponges and dishwashing detergent, is there. There is nothing for a dishwasher, there is nothing for a coffee machine, there is nothing for a washing machine. There is toilet paper, napkins, dishes for 4 people sets. There are pans and pots.
