We repeatedly requested medical records containing vaccination information, only to receive empty promises of delivery by today. This unacceptable level of service is particularly egregious considering the payment we have made for this service.

There are many doctors that speak in different languages, added with their hospitality, I'd say this is a decent hospital to go to!

Expensive. This is one time. And two are some workers. Something is not very everywhere employees of the reception area. Apparently, the level does not reach the doctors. It is not good to be envious.
