I love my city so much, and I'm always excited about the new places it opens up. I visited the new DZOLA restaurant the other day. They are still working in test mode — and, unfortunately, it is very noticeable. The coffee was cold, and so was the food. We ordered three types of pasta, and I chose “Napoleon shish kebab". My order arrived last, when everyone had already eaten. Cold. After my comment, he was warmed up, of course, but the moment was already ruined. The attitude of the waiters was especially disappointing — careless, as if they were not on a visit, but on boring duty. The receptionist asked if the waiter offered us a compliment —of course not. And honestly, the staff needs to be trained or changed. And one more thing: why don't we serve water after coffee? It has long been good form, but almost everywhere you have to ask. It seems to me that this should be the default. I really want to have more places in our city with a good atmosphere, warm service and attention to detail. I hope DZOLA will have time to fix it yet.

It seems to me that they cook here quickly and with the best pizza in the city. Despite the slightly overpriced price, I think everyone should try at least one dish here. I also really liked the caesar salad, which has an unusual taste due to the sweet sauce.

We tried almost everything, it was incredibly delicious. Pizza with a pear is just a bomb. The pasta is delicious. We also take home a strachatella, which is perfect. Our favorite: an appetizer of baked peppers and stracciatella. It's a masterpiece. We've never tasted so good in Italy. The service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I would just really like to see this place not in a shopping mall, there is not enough space, a family of 4 people cannot fit at a table.
