Great hotel, iron 5 stars! Cleanliness, comfort, a large beach with constantly present staff (sun beds, towels, water, ice). Two swimming pools, one with a bar. Food for every taste, several national cuisines. For dinner, sturgeon is fried in front of you, some other white fish melting in your mouth, king prawns. The rooms are clean with wide floor-to-ceiling windows cleaned daily by well-trained staff. There is a shop with souvenirs and clothes in the hotel itself. A Russian-speaking employee is required to be present at the reception. Like it.

In recent years, I believe that they are going through the service on a downward trend. The staff is not friendly, rarely anyone will smile and greet, the exception is the people at the reception. The waiters in the dining room are wearing shoes that are too big for them, and this is very strange. It is difficult to find a sunbed in the morning, because according to my feelings they are occupied in the evening, no one will help you with this on the beach, they will pretend not to notice, if you give money, the situation is changing. Room cleaning is excellent, in the evening they put a towel by the bed and chocolate on the pillow and it's very nice, fruit and water are put in the room every day. The food at the hotel is varied, for every taste.

The service is excellent, the food is excellent (you can safely take HB-FB, the restaurants around will not be much better, and walking to them in the heat or stuffiness is not ice). It's a little boring on the territory, but you can read :) it is best to go to the sea early in the morning or by sunset (by the way, it is visible from the hotel smartly). I will not write about prices, and so everything is clear.

The hotel is good. Spacious rooms, very large bed. Delicious food. Beautiful green area and a nice private beach. There are pools, but the water in them is very cold. Convenient location, we walked to the wheel on foot. In general, we liked everything.

We are now on vacation in a hotel, the rooms are old, the cleaning is normal, the beach is dirty, the sand is not cleaned, the breakfasts are terrible, the same thing every day, there are very few Russian-speaking staff, only at the reception, dinners are also not brilliant with variety, a year ago we were in the Atlantic Palm Trees, generally does not compare, although the hotel is considered a premium class, you explain to taxi drivers on the navigator what kind of hotel you need.The price for the hotel does not match the quality. We won't come back here anymore. Poor territory. The tour operator advertised why they came here. I don't recommend it.

The best hotel in terms of location with its own beach!The food at level 5 is good.There is not enough baby food, but you can find something to eat for a one-year-old child.Large swimming pool at the hotel.The only negative is that planes take off nearby from which paragliders jump, the buzz of an aircraft taking off is heard quite often during the day

This is our second time in this hotel and every time it gets better and better . In the gym , they changed all the simulators to new ones ! The beach is wide ! There are enough sun beds , very tasty food ! Within walking distance of shops , the embankment ! Everything is just gorgeous !

The location of the hotel is excellent, although it is already old - hence the chiseled renovation of the building and repair work are carried out during the day. A gorgeous beach and a huge territory are undoubtedly the best in Dubai Marina.

Everything is super, except for the taxi. The hotel staff does not do this from the word at all. I had to wait for half an hour to leave. The room was taken with a view of the city, a huge balcony with furniture, you can drink coffee, lie down watching the sun. The room was in the tower, afternoon tea, coffee, light snacks, in the evening the same plus cocktails. All this was included in the room rate. A separate reception desk for this category of rooms. The breakfasts were not particularly plentiful, but they did not stay hungry. But dinners are just something, a huge number of hot dishes, various seafood, desserts, ice cream and much more. Several swimming pools, always free sun beds, bring towels, cover the sun beds, at 12 o'clock they carry chilled towels. Several restaurants and cafes on site. Near a supermarket, pharmacies, there are Russian speakers.

Great food, they cook very tasty, but tea bags are some kind of cringe! The water was turned off for half a day, no explanation for the turn-on time was provided. So at least they gave me a lift for the toilet somehow. But in general terms - excellent staff, very polite, helpful, positive. The cleaning is excellent. The beach, sun beds - everything is clean. In general, we are very happy with the rest! Thanks!
