There is no service, the service is at zero, they are rude and too smart, they serve very slowly. I came for a simple bike, and I already knew which one I would buy (for about 3 million, not the point), they convinced me that this bike was shit, switched to other customers 10 times, fought with each other and eventually spent 50 minutes in the store.
