How can you not like Tiara residents??? A magnificent courtyard, a swimming pool and the sea are just a minute away, beauty and convenience are everywhere. Restaurants, cafes, shops are everywhere. Nakheel moll is nearby, kindergartens, if necessary, entertainment for children please! Monorail. If desired, you can also walk to the tram, bus or metro stops. I don't see any disadvantages from the word at all. At least one. It's quite expensive. But it's worth it.
