Maybe the store just went bad. On September 22, before going to the hospital, I bought a laptop. I asked the seller to choose. He quickly advised, took it off the shelf and sold it. After opening the box at home, I found that the thing was not new, with good scuffs. But it works and it works. I just went to them on October 7 to have a human conversation. I wasn't going to return anything. The result: all three sellers refused with varying degrees of arrogance. They were full of nonsense about the fact that even iPhones come like this. They sell defective / burnt goods under the guise of a new one and refuse instead of refunding the money. We bought the "official" Apple block at a very high price. After 7 months of careful use, one plug flew out of the unit. The block was not beaten or bent, it was not hammered, and it was rarely even removed from the socket. When trying to return, the so-called "examination" after 2 weeks said that it was their own fault, they came up with some non-existent cracks that even the staff of the department themselves do not see. As a result, no money, no block! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE! There is a higher chance of buying the original in the transition than in this charade.
