In December 2024, I bought a computer in the X-Com store, and from March 2025, a real nightmare began! Within six months, the computer was already three times in their service because of the same problem! Each time the repair takes 3-4 weeks, and I just can not use the computer as intended. It's not the equipment, it's one big disappointment! After the third repair, I picked up the computer, but after one day I had to return it, because the problem still existed! I made it clear that I do not want any more repairs, because it makes no sense – they replaced the RAM twice, and nothing has changed! I asked for my money back because I can't stand it anymore. They said to me, "Okay, write the application, wait two weeks." It's been two weeks, and what did I get? The message that this is supposedly the first report and that they will try to fix the computer again, forcing me to wait another two weeks! How can this be the first call when this is the fourth time I've brought my computer to the service?! I explained that I returned it three times with the same problem, but in response I heard that this is "the first application for a refund" and nothing can be done. It's just a mockery! The X-Com store shows a complete lack of respect for customers. For half a year I can not normally use the purchased product, and they continue to drag out the case and refuse to return the money, despite the fact that their repairs turned out to be completely useless. I would not recommend this store to anyone! If you do not want to waste your nerves, money and time, avoid X-Com from afar!
