I needed a sublimation, 30x40 cm. They said there is and they will do it. I arrived, it turned out that the material was over. They said they would do it the next day, the day passed, but they did it at night. It turned out that they had done it badly. Not 30x40, but 28x40. As a result, there are white frames around the edges + the quality is very poor. Everything is blurry.

It's just disgusting, I regretted that I turned to this place (I ordered a printout of a photo on canvas, first of all, I had to wait two days for the order itself. Secondly, I was going to order other paintings as well, and I wrote a question in correspondence whether it was possible to make non-standard photo formats to order, sent these photos. They just didn't answer me, I wrote twice, they just read it and ignored it. And thank God, so I would have ordered other canvases too, not knowing what the result would be waiting for me. I get a terrible result, which could not have been expected in any way. The printout didn't even convey the real colors, I didn't recognize my photo👎 Poppies that should be red turned purple!) There were a lot of cuts, it's scary to look at all this, in general, it's a complete disappointment. For some reason, I paid for it and accepted this result)) because they said they couldn't fix anything. That is, this is apparently normal) It was a shame to go to the car with such a canvas, I don't know why I took it at all, I'll throw it away anyway.🤦 The photo is attached (expectation is reality).
