I love Starbucks coffee, but this cafe is just a disgrace to the whole brand. The staff who work in the cafe doesn't keep it clean at all. What a nightmare going on in the toilets!!! Blood on the floor, dirty sinks, no soap, no toilet paper, dirty disgusting toilets! I understand that you are on Istiklal Street, perhaps the most crowded, but this is even more reason to keep the cleanliness and comfort of Starbucks. You're just a disgrace to this place!

Probably one of the most disappointing Starbucks I've been to. Apparently, there is no such cult to this network in Istanbul as in other countries: there are almost no people, there is no atmosphere at all. The interior is very simple, dirty in places, nothing cozy — I don't want to stay there at all. He came in, took a coffee and immediately left. It's a pity, I expected more from such a popular brand, especially in the center.

Starbucks, which has changed its sign and logo in our villages. I'll go with the trumps... which this place didn't have, namely tuvalet or WC. A traveler who wants to relieve himself must pass this place, since the dot with the letters Em and Also is locked here and they were not going to open it for us. Shock #2 is the lack of sufficient seating for visitors. The bench is along the wall and that's it. The quality of the coffee is +/- nothing, a three-plus. Hence the conclusion: not everything is the same as Starbucks, which is under the aunt with her hair down. And there is a lot to get good coffee in Istanbul, and certainly not in establishments like this one. Peace and coffee to all!

The most stupid waste of money in Istanbul. November 2025 Cappuccino average 158 liters plus 30 liters. I don't understand at all if they're cheating, or if it's like that in all Starbucks. The menu says cappuccino grande 158 liters, latte gingerbread grande 210 liters everywhere. The receipt adds 30 rubles for espresso to each coffee item. And what can cappuccino be without espresso? Absolutely not tasty. I threw out the gingerbread-flavored latte, couldn't drink it, it was too sweet and disgusting.
