I didn't like it, there is something to compare it with. For a hotel of this level, the service is terrible, the food is quite monotonous and not always tasty. The hotel is exclusive, but all juices on the beach and ice cream are paid, and the prices are off the scale. Even champagne had to be bought at the New Year's Eve party, there was only beer and sour wine for free, plus a nice big beach, a large swimming pool.

A great hotel for a beach family holiday with children up to 13 years old. Solid 5 stars, neither decrease nor add. From the entertainment on site: volleyball, ping pong, mini golf (10 dirhams), there are 3 tennis courts (hard). The sea is clean, transparent. The beach of the hotel is symbolically limited by ridges of stones going into the sea. A moray eel lives on the northern ridge. On the south- turtles! Turtles are not afraid of people, you can even pet them. Of the water entertainments, there are all the usual ones. From diving to banana, but the price for everything is not too adequate. The hotel has 3 all-inclusive restaurants. The food is very, very tasty everywhere! Diverse! I think vegetarians will be happy too. Respect to the kitchen! There is, however, one joke in restaurants. Let's call it that. On the first day it surprises, on the second it infuriates, then you laugh. Waiters! If you have the opportunity not to use their services, do not use them)). Your order will be delivered late, if at all. Most likely, they will mix it up. And there are really a lot of them. I keep running, but all in vain! In short, order all drinks as soon as you arrive, with a reserve for the entire meal. You won't be able to order more and wait. Here's more, SOUPS! They are amazingly delicious. Try it! There were days when I ate 3 plates each!
Opposite the hotel is a museum of retro cars (I didn't go in, I can't say anything) and a restaurant called Seafood. I recommend it! Delicious, delicious! Not expensive! Dinner for 3 adults of fish, langoustines, squid, fresh vegetables - $ 70. Eat your fill! Of course, there is no alcohol in the restaurant. If you bring beer with you, the waiters will not mind. Here, by the way, they are very cute, fast, attentive. Well done.

A very pleasant place. After all, this is the UAE, not Dubai. Two hours from the airport and you are in a place where you can wonderfully forget, but not about everything. A comfortable room was provided, especially pleasantly pleased with the bathroom, which included the main room from which you get into a large shower room, as well as a spacious toilet room where the trouble is still located. There is also a full bath in the bathroom. The moisturizers provided by the hotel in the bathroom exceeded all praise, as well as the shower gels were excellent.
The room is clean, modern with a lovely bed and a sofa bed. Strict but modern furniture in the room, large TV. There was a balcony, but it's not everywhere.
The hotel itself, though not new, is modern. If you have forgotten something, you can always buy almost everything you need. Central restaurant with its own kitchen. Buffet. The food is of good quality. Fish days are held, there is a "children's table", which will delight young guests very much.
There is an Indian cuisine restaurant on the floor level where the reception is located. But the Italian restaurant located on the territory is far from Italian.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but comfortable for walks and small joys. There is a bird zoo with a couple of impudent but cheerful parrots. The service personnel are poorly trained, but tuned to perform their duties. Not always in time, but friendly. The hotel's feature is a bar inside the pool. It's always crowded and almost always high-quality cocktails. Although for "lazy" vacationers there is a staff from the bar suitable for ordering to the sun beds. The territory is dotted with flowers, well-groomed and clean. The beds are pseudo rattan but in good condition. The place of rest on the beach is almost in a shady state because of the heaps of umbrellas, but this is very good, because the sun can gently "cauterize". Beautiful sea (Oman Strait), sometimes turtles and flocks of some flying fish come.

Everything is very tasty. The tea just wasn't hot enough. You can drink wine, but so-so. Beer is not a big choice. The service is good and not intrusive. The staff is polite. It is better to know basic English and then there will be no problems with communication. The beach is clean and well maintained. Only often takes oil from the sea and you have to clean your feet from fuel oil. The room is great and spacious, the bathroom with toilet is just super. All rooms overlook the sea. We took without a balcony we were satisfied. No one was sitting on the balcony, and it was good outside. You can swim from dawn to dusk. The water was at the beginning of December just super 26 degrees. Perfect for a beach holiday. If you need to see something, you need to go on an excursion.

We just returned from this wonderful place yesterday. I don't like to write reviews about foreign hotels. But I want to leave a "message" about Meridian. On the day of arrival, the mood was spoiled by the fact that the individual.the transfer initially brought us to the wrong place (unloaded our suitcases and left). It was only at the reception that it turned out that we got to Miramar instead of Meridian. Subsequently, I was glad at least that the hotels are 10 minutes away from each other. It could have been much worse.
Now about the Meridian - because of the spoiled mood on day 1, I really wanted to go home. It seemed that the check-in was long, the elevators did not arrive for a long time (we lived on the 7th floor), the food was scarce.
But! Having rested from the road, having slept (we flew 5.5 hours with children 9 years old and 1 year old)... I realized that it is here that I want to return again (although I am not a supporter of staying in the same hotels).
1. Well-groomed, green, brightly colorful territory,
2. Clean swimming pool, there is a separate area with a canopy for kids.
3. The sea is warm, the water is clear. A shallow approach. That's what you need for kids. The sun beds, of course, had to be occupied from 7 a.m... but this is an eternal problem not only here.
4. Food - not Turkey in season, of course. But it's quite decent. Seafood, poultry, beef. A good selection of goodies. In general, you will definitely not stay hungry.
5. All staff are smiling, respond instantly to requests. They were allowed to stay in the room for 2 hours longer on the day of eviction. Completely free of charge. At the reception, Lisa and a tall guy with a fashionable hairstyle in the form of a lack of hair (I don't want to write bald))), he's too cute) but unfortunately, I did not remember the name, they helped me solve any issue promptly. Guys! Thank you very much!
6. The rooms are spacious, cleaning is daily. Mattresses, pillows are very comfortable for sleeping. Condees are working.
In general, I recommend this wonderful place to everyone.
Meridian is forever in my heart!

The beach is sandy, there are enough sunbeds, the sea is clean with waves))). There is a cage with parrots and turtles at three o'clock you can come and feed and pet them. The hotel is old but very decent. Large rooms, huge balconies and a separate bathroom love. One small minus in the room smells damp. But the smell is not very pungent, so it does not bother much. It is located 2 hours from Dubai and 150 km from the airport. I liked everything very much))).

A chic hotel. I really liked👍 the food is good, waiters go to the beach and by the pool and ask if they can bring something. The rooms look like a hotel has just been built, clean and beautiful. There is a daytime animation, but not like in Turkey of course)) evening programs only on Saturdays and Sundays. The only thing to Dubai is about 1.5-2 hours drive. From Dubai Airport, a transfer by a comfortable Toyota car takes about 2 hours.

Excellent location, gorgeous views of the ocean surface from almost every room and even starting from the second floor.
It was built quite a long time ago, but it looks stylish and modern. Due to the correct calculation, namely as a good location and an ageless architectural solution, the hotel is doomed to increased attention.
The task of the owner and the team is to support and multiply a successful plan. So far it has succeeded, but it's time to refresh). A cozy, albeit small area, very green for this climate, large clean pools. All rooms are spacious, bright, with sea views.
There is CARPET in the rooms and in the corridors - and this is expensive in terms of maintenance and maintenance, the hotel consciously goes for it, despite the costs, a paradise for bare feet. This is not common in hotels.
The staff is well-trained, in any case, they try to convey to the vacationers all the love and care that the managers "impute" and "insert" to them in the morning. The food is in order, who needs what - everyone will find everything, + 2 kg or more is guaranteed, do not fight, accept it... Classics are playing in the restaurant, Sadko is nice, but it needs to be diversified.
Well, the most important thing is why we are here - the SEA.
Warm, calm, with moderate baby waves, quite transparent. Why is it "enough" because I swim in a mask with diopters and see how plankton mate, which is why sometimes the water is a cheerful green color, or maybe because it blooms. Sometimes, in the early morning, when the wind blows from the mountains into the sea, the water is noticeably cold, closer to 15h. warm again.
The tides are decent and the water goes almost to the buoys, after 15h. it's a little cramped in the water. The bottom is sterile clean, rarely shells cones and rarely crabs. Turtles appear in the buoy area in the early morning and evening. The beach is wide and clean. The rescuer is vigilant, whistles immediately. But there are some "not so..." moments.
You, as a "responsible vacationer", got up at 6 a.m. and took comfortable sun beds. But some people are too lazy to lift the loin and take a sunbed at such an early time. Therefore, "irresponsible vacationers", coming to the beach at 10 o'clock, without a shadow of embarrassment (due to natural absence) take a light plastic sunbed and indecently sit next to you or stupidly in front of you, taking away peace and bliss until lunch at least.
It is in this direction that the hotel needs to strain. Personal space must be provided... These little things are certainly not lethal, but unpleasant. The "Luxary" effect at such moments, alas, flies off. To be honest, I would put "Cabane" as in Turkey, I think they would be in demand. It's like a hotel in a hotel, expensive, but cool!
The theater begins with a hanger - a hotel with a reception. Here, Hosni's respect and bow, decent "Russian language", intelligent and aristocrat, attentive, always in a good mood.
The "last straw" was the moment when they left. The CHEF came out, the Cook with him, shook hands, wished to see each other again, said a lot of good things... I was in a slight shock, I was "taken warm", I did not expect it, I was not used to it.
