I would not like to think that a lot of enthusiastic reviews about this hotel are purchased.
After all, neither the staff nor the management knows a single word in Russian, although according to the number of reviews on Yandex and by ear - at least 50% of Russian-speakers here. I am surprised by both phenomena.
Perhaps people have not seen anything rounder than a bucket.
This is only my fourth time in a 5* hotel this year and it was worse than here for me only in 2009 in 4* in sharmelsheikh 😂
Of the advantages, only spacious rooms with air conditioners working at full power (!) and a view of the water.
Otherwise, believe me, here is the bottom.
For 5 days, the room has not been washed or vacuumed, the sink and toilet have not been washed once, they do not even go out to the balcony, nothing happens at all except making the bed and changing towels (bathrobes are not changed).
The same applies to ~cleanliness ~ dirt in the hotel and on the territory: someone dropped something, scattered it, spilled it - you will walk through puddles for hours or ride in a dirty elevator.
The mini-bar is fully paid (then why is it all turned on???) at the reception bar, they even charge money for coffee.
Drinks only in one single bar on the beach and in one single bar on the 20th floor of the hotel - alcohol stops at 23:00.
In the canteen and in the bar at every step: rumnumber? Rumnumber? Rumnumber? Like parrots - why do you give out bracelets at all then?
By the way, if you went to the canteen (you can't call it a restaurant in any way) then you are marked in the system and the second time you no longer have the right to enter :)))
About the canteen itself: the food is monotonous, the style is very oriental: a lot of spices, the choice is incredibly scarce. If you suddenly come across an edible dish, they tear it up like piranhas and it's better to immediately catch some cook and demand to repeat otherwise you won't wait. Orthodox people walk with empty plates half-starved, well, nothing, we will be slimmer.
About little things like: there is glass on the desktop in the room and paralyzes the mouse, sockets do not work, loose furniture in public areas, etc. and I will not start - my fingers will get tired.
This is a short review😇
Summary: my foot won't be here anymore and I don't advise you.

I am writing a review about this hotel with pleasure, as I have been to it twice, the first time in 2020, and the second in January 2023!!! The rooms are excellent, large, the bathroom is also large, but I advise you to take rooms with a balcony as a good view opens and it's easier to dry things.
The service and staff of the hotel are simply magnificent, they solve any issue in two accounts without any begging for money, but simply because they want to solve your question, they even give rooms of a higher class if there are available!
Food for every taste, a lot of Indian cuisine, restaurants a la card, constantly grilled (fish, chicken, various meats). Every evening the chef comes out, approaches the guests and is interested in the service and cuisine, asks if he can fix something in the food, very nice!
The territory of the hotel is very green, flowers bloom everywhere, palm trees grow!
The pool is very good for both children and adults, there is absolutely no smell, the bottom is cleaned every evening, water samples are constantly taken in the morning!
The beach is convenient, the entrance to the sea is easy, it is very convenient for those who rest with children! Bar workers constantly walk along the beach and ask if you need to bring something and bring it quickly, well done guys!

The hotel is not bad, we were driving for the sun, silence, we didn't need any entertainment! The road from the airport is very long, about 2 hours, we had a room on the 16th floor, the view is gorgeous, the headdress is regular, the bar is paid (well, they could have included it in all incl, especially since the bar serves the same thing), the beach is clean, there are not many sunbeds on the beach, but everyone by the pool That's enough! The concept of all is not entirely clear, drink as many drinks as you want, but with food it's a strain - just three meals a day, no snacks. Prices in restaurants, if you take the menu for an additional fee, are not cheap! But!!! We are happy with the rest, which is what we wanted, privacy.

The Ala Kart restaurant seems to be better, but there was an ambush there too! They carried dishes for money and did not report products in them! I accidentally noticed, because I ordered the salad precisely because of the presence of tuna in it, but it was missing!! They brought Colmars, filled them with arugula in the hope, apparently, that I would not notice the loss)). The beach is generally a lottery ((( If you didn't come at 7.00, then that's it! There were children without sunbeds on the sea! The hotel is very large, and there are three times fewer sunbeds!! This is not a hotel, but a complete disappointment for such money!!!!! The hotel is not new, but everything is done qualitatively and maintained at a high level. Beds, pillows, plumbing - perfect. The service is excellent. The food is great. The children's room is not working because of covid. The children's pool is open, working. Children's cots are given out of steel. The panoramic windows are excellent, we did not regret that we did not take a room with a balcony, in such heat a balcony is not needed. The sea is clear, the bottom can be seen to a depth of 3 meters for sure, there are floating turtles. There are waves, there is a calm. It is very rare to meet a small piece of fuel oil on the surface - for 2 weeks of bathing seen 2 times. There is no oil on the sand, clean, but very hot. The sun is active, but not more active than at the equator, with 50SPF jackets have never been burned.
Minus for a beach hotel - there are few places and how you can dry wet clothes.
