Good territory, food. Large rooms. Of the minuses - sometimes fuel oil on the beach, upon arrival, meals begin with dinner, at lunch they will not feed. It's a long way to Dubai. And in general, if you want a beach holiday and only once or twice to get somewhere, then the place is suitable. It corresponds to the price.

We rested at the hotel in early April 2021. I liked everything, there is nothing to complain about. They cleaned perfectly, constantly added soap accessories. The food is very tasty, they sat at a table in the dining room, brought drinks right away. The waiters' service on the territory is fast, without any tips). A couple of days were unlucky - there were jellyfish in the sea, swimming is disgusting. The beach is clean, constantly cleaned, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Hello everyone. I read reviews and see that people are resting here for the first time. And they don't know the old hotel. And the hotel has changed a lot in 10 years. Previously, live music was played in the main restaurant. Every day of the week there were dinners with a different menu. One day Arabic cuisine, another day Italian cuisine, the third day European. Now the main restaurant has turned into a cheap dining room where waiters roll carts with dirty dishes around the hall. And you can have dinner in swimming trunks. Previously, they were not allowed to go to dinner in shorts or in a tenesque without hands.
No entertainment is held now, except for aqua aerobics and a children's disco. There used to be short performances. Invited artists came. Belly dancing, fire show. Now it's gone
In general, the hotel has slipped in terms of service.
But what pleases this sea. It remained the same. Warm and friendly

There was even a conflict with the administration, why Russians from another hotel were not allowed to play, and the Arabs were not even approached. Next, we have everything included)))) but it's funny, this includes white, pink wine and beer, EVERYTHING)))) champagne is paid))) champagne is free in neighboring hotels! There are a lot of drinks for free in Turkey. There are only 3 drinks here). Okay, the most unpleasant thing was not allowed to play volleyball and oil on your feet!! No entertainment, they don't do anything even for children. The staff is on their own, does not respond to requests and comments. The restaurant is like an ordinary comfortable dining room in Moscow) empty blue water glasses are not even removed from the table), they are not washed. And a friend has already drunk water from this glass and this person is sick.

We were in November 2022, the tour operator Anex , I will never turn to this tour operator again, Ivan Tkachuk represented this company at the hotel, offered two excursions to Dubai and safari , later it turned out that the cost of excursions is 1.5 times more expensive than from other operators, initially there was no talk about shops, but we were brought to two shops that we didn't need at all, we spent 2 hours in them, which were intended for a city tour, and then the guide Olga Ustinova galloped us to Dubai, we just ran, there was no opportunity to stop to look, we stood on the Burj Khalifa tower for 1.5 hours in one direction and in the other on the side of 1.5 hours, the tour was disgusting, the guide is not qualified. Then we went on a safari tour, initially we found comfortable seats, because we can't ride in the back seats, we feel sick, we were assured that all the seats were comfortable, but we got seats in the trunk, we naturally turned to the driver, but the promised Russian-speaking guide and the driver turned out to have no knowledge of the language, called the representative of Anex Ivan Tkachuk, to get through it was not possible, no matter when he was contacted, he rarely picked up the phone, after 10 minutes he got in touch with SMS, but he could not offer us anything, not to change the flight or provide an excursion the next day, he talked very brazenly, and again the shops ... I had to not go and return to the hotel, no matter how much later Anex tour called, no one picked up the phone, demanded a refund of $ 160 upon arrival, in response to a wet or unsubscribe. This hotel is a paradise on planet Earth! You can write about it endlessly! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! There are 10 bottles of water in the room. Cleaning every day! To shine! All the staff is smiling, friendly, everyone is ready to help!!! In the dining room buffet - the whole cuisine of the world! They cook great. A beach bar, waiters walk along the beach and offer drinks for free (who has an exclusive) bring, then bring more and more, indefinitely, as much as you want!
On the beach, the locker room is equipped with showers, toilets, air conditioners, everything is clean and shiny... Not like on our coast in Sochi - come and die.
I was incredibly delighted after my stay at this hotel!!! And I will definitely return there if the pricing policy does not worsen. Delight!!! 10 points on a 5-point system!!! The highest degree of evaluation!
