The service is at 0!!! At first, I couldn't get through to the agent for half a day, and then he called in the evening and it started. I don't speak Russian, then I still partially understand, but when I heard that there were 5 of us (a 3-room apartment was in the plans), I hesitated and finally hung up. Then I immediately called back, he didn't pick it up. Such an attitude towards the client as mirimum is not professional, it was possible to offer other available options or something in place. It's not NICE to hang up!!!
