The oldest museum in Tashkent traces its lineage back to the National Museum of Turkestan with a rich collection of exhibits from ancient times to the present. I managed to visit in 2023. The museum area is decent, the halls are clean, the staff is friendly, the ticket price depends on the availability of a local passport. The first floor is dedicated to ancient times, the second to modernity. I left positive impressions, I recommend you to visit and study the history of Uzbekistan.

A wonderful exhibition! Interesting artifacts. Everyone has a very correct attitude towards children. We got the most talented guide, we didn't miss a single exhibit, the child listened with pleasure, although he usually couldn't be dragged into the museum, and initially there was a very negative attitude towards the tour, but we got a professional, managed to captivate. Not cold, not hot. The staff is wonderful, from security to the ticket clerk.

There is little interesting in the museum: the colonial and Soviet periods of the history of Uzbekistan are not presented at all, although this is the most interesting and important (in my opinion), there is nothing really about the Jadids, as if this had never happened. There are no original objects in the museum, everything is a dummy. You can visit the museum only if you have visited everything, eaten everywhere, and still have time left.

The museum was closed ahead of time, at 17:35 they already started to execute me))) at 17:40 all the staff already ran home dressed. Working hours at the museum are until 18:00. Come earlier. Начну с минусов: бесплатных экскурсий, о которых тут писали, не было. Только за дополнительную плату в 100 или около того тыщ (точно не помню). Входной билет стоил 50000. Оплатить можно только узкарт или наличными, хумо и визу не принимают. Когда протянули визу кассир сказала «не видите, тут написано??» и показала на распечатанный с принтера листок. Что делать туристам, у которых только виза — неясно. Левая часть первого этажа не работала. В правой какое-то советское барахло, которое итак у всех нас с вами в шкафу завалялось, и пара красивых ковров. Неряшливо содранные таблички с прошлой выставки так, что вырвана штукатурка. Где-то старые таблички просто не сняты и они висят у совершенно других экспонатов. На втором этаже при всей помпезности с нами первыми не поздоровались. Начали с фразы "предъявите билет". Это точно культурное учреждение? Этаж был интересный, было даже что-то типа аудио-гида. Кстати, на кассе я спросила, есть ли у них аудиогид, на что мне сказали «нет». Возможно, они сами не в курсе, потому что кьюар кода расположены в невиданных местах. Чуть ли не на полу или за стеклом на расстоянии метра. Заплатили кучу денег за то, чтобы у них картины двигали ртом (!), пока идет повествование, но не позаботились о том, как этим будут пользоваться. Часть экспонатов спрятана очень глубоко за стекло и было не разглядеть. Особенно мелкий текст на табличках. Если вдруг это читает кто-то из руководства: можно текст вывесить снаружи и пронумеровать экспонаты, цифры издалека будет разглядеть проще. Третий этаж не работал. И, судя по другим отзывам, мы с супругом не много потеряли. Кроме 100 000 за два билета — за такие деньги уж можно было организовать все по-человечески... Повторюсь, сами экспонаты красивые и очень интересные. Но их ужасно мало, а организация оставляет желать лучшего. Надеюсь, у вас сменится руководство и наведет порядок, а не вот это вот все.

Была в мае 2023. Входной билет 350 руб. скидок нет. Бесплатные экскурсии на русском языке каждый час. Но особо интересного там не увидела. Первый этаж экспозиция от динозавров и до начала 20 в. Второй - достижения советских и постсоветских времён. Туалет чистый. Персонал вежливый

Советую посетить музей с детьми. Очень много экспонатов об истории мира, континента и самой страны. Во вторник детям бесплатный вход, взрослым 10 000 сум если не ошибаюсь, экскурсия тоже стоит недорого, всего 25 000 сум, и за это вы получаете массу интересной информации. Детей нужно приучать культуре посещения таких мест.

Музей очень понравился. Сотрудники внимательные и отзывчивые. Пришли с дочками 11 и 4 года, малышка быстро устала. Ее отдали в детский музей, в котором девочка с ней играла пока мы были на экскурсии. Там детская зона, где можно порисовать и посмотреть некоторые экспонаты, включая гончарный станок и посуду. Гиду, Газизовой Альфие Джавдатовне отдельная благодарность и низкий поклон за ее отношение к своей работе и посетителям. Было очень интересно слушать из ее уст. Рассказала историю от палеолита до современных дней. Очень рекомендую к посещению.

Музей советский во всех отношениях. Само здание выглядит интересно, советский брутализм с национальным колоритом. Внутри впечатляюще оформлена входная группа. Познавательно, если знаете зачем идёте и любите историю, но скучно. Верхний этаж — достижения современного Узбекистана. Нисколько не пытаясь их как-либо нивелировать, это просто невозможно смотреть: безумное количество буклетиков, грамот, фотографий пожимающих руки политиков — для кого это и кому это нужно? Расскажите истории людей, производств… Еще, никакого интерактива нет абсолютно. Для иностранцев довольно высокая стоимость входа 50 тыс. сом. Съёмка даже на телефон стоит 60 тысяч.

Вся экспозиция на первом этаже. Обошли за полчаса. На входе кассирши пьют чай на рабочем месте и предупредили, что если будем фотографировать на свои телефоны, то нужно доплатить в кассу. Был в музеях разных стран и такое впервые услышал (переспросил даже, вдруг не так понял). Неприятно. Фотографировать и доплачивать ничего не стали принципиально.

A typical Soviet museum of local lore. 2nd floor exposition from dinosaurs to the Great Patriotic War. The third floor shows how well life is in independent Uzbekistan. It is better for a history lover to go here than to the Timurid Museum. It makes little sense for a non-fan to go.

Помню это здание, как бывший " музей В.И. Ленина" , сейчас это музей истории Узбекистана. Монументальное, обозреваемое со всех сторон, облицованное ажурными панелями словно кружевом, выглядит торжественно и нарядно.Экспозиции разнообразны, по ним виден путь развития Узбекистана с древнейших времен.При раскопках в Сурхандарьинской области найдены экспонаты датируемые 1 веком нашей эры,большая коллекция древней керамики, старых монет, тканей,Музей обладает редкими архивными материалами и историческими документами, а еще здесь богатая экспозиция посвященная современной жизни Узбекистана, его героям, его труженикам, его чемпионам. Безусловно, если будите в Ташкенте, обязательно посетите данный музей, тем более, что он расположен в самом центре столицы.

Интересный музей. Большой, много удобный. Второй этаж история с первобытнообщинного стрроя, геология, палеотнология, археология. На третьем этаже современный Узбекистан - все красиво оформлено. Только почти ничего нет на русском языке - срочно поменять таблички, либо сделать отдельные аннотации ко всему ! Рекомендуб музей к посещению. Будет интересно всем !

Despite the rather substantial exposition of the 2nd floor, the presentation of information in the museum raises questions. Many facts are presented distorted and to some extent even hypocritical. The most striking example is, on the one hand, the glorification of Tamerlane's conquests, and on the other, the history of the conquest of the territory of modern Uzbekistan by the Russian Empire, where the country is called invaders, aggressors, etc. The phrase "contrary to the power of the Soviet Union, Uzbekistan has turned from an agrarian country into an industrial-agrarian one" is also very interesting. Очень порадовала экспозиция на втором этаже, логично расставлены экспонаты и рассказана история Данной местности и народов ее населявших и населяющих , поражает что это родина многих учебных сделавших знаковые открытия использующиеся по сей день, очень интересная 3D визуализация культовых персонажей через специальное приложение. Все музеи которые мы посетили в Ташкенте сделаны с душой и всегда приятно их посещать, есть что посмотреть в каждом! Все от ручек дверей, до мелких культовых украшений привлекут ваше внимание если не спешить и хотеть увидеть красоту в деталях

Внутри нечем дышать. Не работает или не спасает система вентиляции и кондиционирования. Первые два этажа интересные, хорошая подборка экспонатов по древней истории Современная - так себе. Странное сочетание. Будто кусок истории вырван из контекста
