If you want a terrible attitude towards the customer, come to the plumbing store of IP Aniskov (Astoria shopping center)! There are no complaints about the woman herself (she told me everything and advised me). BUT they sold a low-quality product (defective) and the next day the seller rudely accused us that we had broken it ourselves. The seller said that the fittings should be installed by a plumber and carry the conclusion from the plumber. Seriously??? No one has even managed to install it yet, they checked the operability of the water volume level (as shown in the instructions) , which stood in one place and did not move in any direction. We came to the store to ask what was wrong....and check the fittings, everything worked perfectly in the same fittings in the store, as a result, Aniskov did not know what to answer, but he vehemently proved that this was not a marriage, and we broke it! And it was necessary not to touch the level more or less , but to leave it as it was . Then why do you need a level if you can 't touch it ?? We contacted a plumber, who pointed out that there were problems with the fittings, but nevertheless helped to repair them! Nothing was broken , and the level initially didn 't work well ! The attitude towards people at the store is terrible!
