Excellent city hotel, the price/quality ratio is super. The rooms are a little time-tested, but clean and comfortable. Cleaning every day (can be adjusted using the remote control at the entrance to the room), clean. There is a good air conditioner, a little noisy at night, but not critical. The window was still open in our room a little bit, it was possible to dry things after bathing. The windows are large and panoramic, but so as not to interfere with the light, huge blackout curtains. If you need slippers and a bathrobe, you can ask, they will bring it. There is an ironing board, but an iron is also available on request. Scales, a safe, comfortable cupboards and a workplace. A minibar/refrigerator. It contains several cans of soda and water + there are various nuts and chocolates, but this, of course, is for a fee. The price list is next to it on a piece of paper (it's easier, of course, to go down to the store, the same cola will be 4 times cheaper). There is a TV with local channels. The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet is good, the choice is monotonous every day, but they try to alternate some positions. You will not stay hungry, there is plenty to choose from, you can order scrambled eggs with the addition of various options, which will be quickly made right in front of you. Coffee, tea, drinks, everything is free. The pool is quite small, but you can swim and sunbathe, although I don't know how many places there are in the season. The water is cooled and invigorating. Towels are provided, there is a changing room with a nice shower and toilets. The location is a good plus. Perhaps there are no direct attractions nearby for hiking (at least visually I didn't like it, but we weren't really looking) and there is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood (you can't hear it in the room, it doesn't bother). But the hotel is still well located, as the main attractions are not so far away (by taxi to several beaches, Burj Khalifa or the Museum of the Future - 15-30 minutes), there is a metro nearby, a bus stop, you can easily call a taxi to the hotel. + The hotel offers free shuttles to several malls and to JBR Beach. We had a rest in the summer, out of season, so there was no need to pre-register, there were places, and it took 15-20 minutes to get to the beach by shuttle. Nearby (10 minutes on foot) There is also Carrefour, a local supermarket with a huge selection of everything from food to clothes and souvenirs, at low prices. Although there is also a 24-hour minimarket right in the hotel building at reasonable prices: a can of coke 2,5 AED (~54 RUB), a sandwich or mini shawarma for a snack 15-18 AED (~350 rub), many analogues of Dubai chocolate from 13 to 30 AED (~300-650 rub) I would especially like to mention the staff and service - all the staff are smiling, kind and are as determined as possible to help you. From reception to cleaners and waiters. We were checked in for free right away on arrival in the morning, we didn't have to wait until 15:00. Dollars can be exchanged for dirhams at the reception, but the exchange rate is lower ($1 = 3.5 AED) than in exchangers (~3.65 AED). I advise you to go to Al Barsha Mall, where there is a good proven exchanger, and you can also have a delicious and inexpensive snack. In general, any question will be answered, prompted, and helped at any time. I would like to note that this level of service is almost everywhere in Dubai. If you are interested, there are additional services: spa, beauty salon, Korean restaurant, tour desk, laundry and ironing, souvenirs, etc. There is also a free gym on the top floor. The hotel left a pleasant impression, I would like to return for the future. We tourists are not particularly picky, but I did not notice any disadvantages. You can live comfortably. Again, for its price, the quality is as good as possible. And the last remark, they took the mandatory city tax (15 AED/night), but did not take the declared deposit ($54), which I consider very convenient. In this case, they can charge for using the mini-bar after the fact. So, another small plus in their piggy bank.

The hotel is very nice! Clean, nice to be in. The room was cleaned every day, an iron and ironing board were brought upon request and left in the room until the end of the stay, slippers and bathrobes were also brought. The hotel staff is polite, friendly, smiling, helpful in everything. The buffet was good, the breakfasts were monotonous, but the choice was sufficient, the dinners were different, there was always a choice of chicken/beef/fish, seafood once.Delicious porridges for breakfast, fruits, cakes. The location is excellent, close to small shops, pharmacies, Carrefour supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, food and souvenirs are cheaper there. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the metro. Free shuttles to the shops, the beach. We went to the beach ourselves, taxi to JBR beach 20-25 dirhams, to Kite beach 30-40 dirhams. You don't need an adapter for an outlet. We didn't have a balcony or an opening window in our room, I don't think it was very convenient, but we adapted. The deposit was 100 dirhams per person, refunded on the day of departure, and the tourist tax was 15 dirhams per day per room. I should immediately note that if you need a sim card for permanent Internet access, you can only buy it in large shopping malls (Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, etc.) I really enjoyed my vacation! Hello. At the moment (from June 27 to July 8) we are here. We live with my daughter alone in a room. The hotel is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable to stay in. We met at night, after the flight from Moscow was delayed, and checked in. The staff is friendly, always solving any issues (from forks to neighbors). The breakfasts are varied, some items change by day, everything is fresh and delicious. The room is cleaned every day. The pool is clean. Many thanks to all the staff, our vacation is taking place in a comfortable environment. A transfer to the sea and to the malls is a very pleasant thing, you will not get there yourself in the heat. Buses with air conditioners, chargers, well-mannered drivers. During the fourth day of our stay here, we did not find a single negative. Things just don't dry out, but this is not a minus of the hotel, but the air conditioners in the rooms. We found a way out: the rope in the bathroom, which many do not know about, must be pulled out from under the shelf or laid out on a chaise longue in the pool in the morning, dries in 10 minutes in the heat. I would like to thank the staff of all the services in this hotel, starting with how the bird's "greetings" are cleaned in the pool with a scraper in the morning, ending with an iron, etc. We are simple people, but we really like everything, we recommend it 100%!!!!!!!!!!! All administrators have translators and turn on any audio language on their phone. The staff is unobtrusive, but very friendly and always ready to do anything! The only thing that can be annoying is the daily game of an empty chair. Shuttle bus to the beach has 30 seats, two hotels, and there are always a lot more people. To get there freely, you need to cross the road and get up and sit at the first Rotana hotel, where you can still sit freely. Going back is more difficult. But you can get there by direct bus 84 for 3 dirhams or by metro, so this problem is removed.

We had a rest with a friend in the first half of September, we took a room for breakfast. We contacted the hotel directly in advance and left small requests for the room – thank you so much for taking everything into account! We got the last floor, when the weather is good, when there is no smog, even the Burj Khalifa is visible. Otherwise, the view is not particularly ordinary, as the hotel (16 floors) is surrounded by high-rise buildings (30+ floors), so you should not worry about the view or overpay for it, because in any case only the neighboring buildings are visible. They have rooms with balconies and there are few of them, but they are not categorized separately. If there is, they will give it to you just like that, but if they are all busy, then the issue will not be resolved even with money. The hotel is staffed mainly by citizens of India and Southeast Asia, and these are people with an eternal smile on their face, all issues were resolved very quickly and as helpfully as possible. Every morning at breakfast, we watched the staff babysit each child: they would talk to him and play with him, and some children were already so used to it that they even let themselves be picked up. As for breakfast, they are served from 6:30 to 10:30, buffet style. We always came in different ways: at the very beginning, in the middle, and at the end – there was always a lot of food, the entire assortment was monitored. There are fruits, vegetables, cereals, various cereals, and warm milk, fresh juices, coffee/tea, dried fruits/nuts, lots of cool pastries, a bucket of nutella)) nuggets, potatoes, hash browns, omelets/fried eggs are always cooked, but you could ask to cook eggs according to your personal wishes, there are also sandwiches, cheeses, sausages, an abundance of sauces and much more. The room was rented with two separate beds – very large and comfortable, the quality of linen and towels is monitored, they are starched. The bathroom had a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet and a sink. Supplies include shower gels, shampoos, hair conditioners, solid soap, shower caps, combs, hygiene bags, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and a hair dryer. The room is carpeted. The TV does not connect to the Internet, there is no HDMI cable (take your own if it is important), but you can turn on the broadcast from the phone screen, but only androids are connected, this will not work with an iPhone. The windows are panoramic from floor to ceiling, somewhere there is a window that opens, and somewhere there is not. But despite this, the air in Dubai is so dry that things dried right in the room without any problems at all. The air conditioner does not turn off, you can only adjust the temperature and the blowing power. There is a small refrigerator (minibar) in the room, sweets, nuts, soda, it's all for a fee and there is a price list. Upon arrival, make sure that all packages/bottles are closed, otherwise you will be asked to pay at the check-out (this is all indicated in the instructions for the minibar). Water bottles are free, and they are refilled upon request and during cleaning. You can also drink tea/ coffee, it will also be more convenient. The room cleaning was only pleasing, you leave a tip once and every day you will return to a room so clean that it was as if they had moved to another one, even the maids wrote us pleasant notes with wishes for the day. The closet has an ironing board, an iron, a safe, bathrobes, slippers, a shoe sponge, a sewing kit and a laundry bag with instructions and a price list. The hotel provides free group transfers: JBR Marina Beach, Mall of the Emirates and a couple of outlets. To save money on the road, we drove to Mall of the Emirates and from there took the subway to Downtown or took a taxi to Kite Beach or even further. The hotel is located in a convenient area: within walking distance of the Dubai Internet City metro station, across the street from the hotel there is an African alcohol store - it is on Yandex maps, there is a schedule on the door, be sure to take a picture of it, because every day they close at different times, sometimes too early, and sometimes it's too late, be sure to have the original passport with you, because they scan it when selling (everything is very strict in Dubai, you won't even find beer in regular stores), pharmacies at every turn, a lot of grocery stores (there is a grocery store even in the building of the hotel itself), cafes with different cuisines, with large portions and low prices, there is an ATM in the hotel opposite Media Rotana that accepts UnionPay payment system cards, which is where the Rosselkhoznadzor continues to operate and at the time of September 2025 we could withdraw cash and pay directly with a card (for all the time, the card was not accepted only once in some small grocery store). I recommend downloading the Careem app, which is a local taxi and food delivery service, similar to our Yandex. Late night drive from the Night Beach next to the Night Beach to the 36 dirhams hotel, to the Atlantis Hotel on the palm 38 dirhams. You can ride in the area within 25 dirhams. Yes, it's expensive, but a priori there is nothing cheap there, we came from Sochi and such taxi prices even made us happy))) Tourists from Moscow probably won't be surprised either. They write that it's cheaper to catch cars and use the meter. We tried, and sometimes it really is, and sometimes the driver says a fixed price and there's just something sky-high. In the application, when calling, he tries to write the price with a small variation, like 25-30, which means that as the meter drips, you will be charged, but if you drive too long and it drips more than 30, you will be charged exactly as much as indicated in the application. If it says that the maximum is 30, then that's how much you'll pay.

This is my first trip to Dubai. I was on vacation with my child. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. They don't know Russian, but they communicate well with the help of a translator on their phone. The food is monotonous, but the assortment is good. After an exhausting wait, they settled into a standard room (this is the stated 25 sq.m.), but in fact it was 10 sq.m. they asked us to replace the room, they convinced us for a long time and persistently that this was the standard, but then they said that we had to wait a day and be resettled, but since we had already taken out almost half of the things and left the next day, we returned only in the evening, we were no longer resettled, although in the morning they offered to move, of course we already refused (this should be done right away)! And it's also very inconvenient that there's a bus taking you to the beach, 2 buses were taking you that way, and there was one last flight back, and of course there were a lot of people, everyone didn't get in, and people were left wondering if there would be another bus or not. But in all other respects, the hotel is very good and the location and cleanliness, of course, there is some kind of strange, musty smell in the rooms . if you discard these disadvantages, then in general everything was fine , the main thing was a positive attitude .You don 't need to take any pasta , a brush , or shampoo with you , they give you towels for the beach , too , and the breakfasts are good .

Hi, I want to tell you who lived in this mysterious Golden Tulip Media. The hotel is a fire, and the price is generally ridiculous for the Emirates! Well, okay, not "pennies", but for such buns, it's very adequate. Breakfasts: The buffet is like grandma's in the village, only grandma here is a chef from a five–star restaurant. Vegetables, cheeses (lots!), porridges, hot… In general, you can overeat so much that you walk around like a boa constrictor until the evening, digesting it. Rooms: Clean and pleasant. Cleaning is on request, that is, if you are not a pig (like me), then you can ask once every couple of days. The air conditioner is working – this is the main thing in Dubai!
