It was really hard to spend money in the hotel. When we arrived there were like 10 staff members at the entrance yet no one paid attention and no one opened the door of the car, no one assisted us with the luggage, no one escorted to the reception. The receptionist Anna has poor English. She couldn’t manage to get us the booked room with one king size bed, even though I booked several months in advance and made sure the hotel is aware about our 7 years anniversary. (Btw didn’t get any compliments or room decorations for that.) I had to guide her on how to get us the right room. She didn’t tell us about any hotel facilities (but handed printed info sheet with opening hours) and didn’t even ask if this is our first time in the hotel and Dubai. She didn’t asked the bellman to escort us to our room and insisted on leaving the luggage at concierge desk and let us find our way by ourselves. This was actually hard for the first time guests, as our room was really far away from the elevator at reception and we almost get lost. This is not what you expect after a long flight when you just want to finally get to your room, wash your face and change to the fresh clothes. The concierge didn’t try to contact us during the stay. As a first timers in Dubai and celebrating special occasion I thought the concierge would be hunting on us to offer excursions, couples spa treatments or at least to book a hotel restaurant. The staff is there but with zero proactivity, if you want something you have to ask yourself like in a four star hotel. We requested late checkout and guest service lady Alexandra escorted us to receptionist, briefly explaining what we want, but the receptionist didn’t even look at us, didn’t tell a word, started checking the availability on his computer. A standard phrase like “good afternoon, let me check please” and “how is your stay going” would be nice. Late checkout was provided, thank you, however at the time of our checkout all desks were busy and I had to check out myself on the concierge desk. And again the concierge didn’t ask how was our stay or if we need any help with luggage or transportation. The overall hotel facilities are good, we enjoyed the room, it was clean and well maintained, however the sink was clogged in room 1220, and there were no corkscrew and shoe horn. One day the pressure in the afternoon was super low, I couldn’t wash off the shampoo. The pizza place Aquasale by Cucina is terrible. There is half self service, you order by the bar and they bring it to your table. Our pizza with artichoke was wet, not tasty at all. I can’t understand how the place specializes in pizza makes such terrible one. The waiter was making rounds with our cocktails and couldn’t find the table. Beach is beautiful, liked the tan beds. However there is a huge construction going on in Marina and it’s quite noisy. Service on the beach is poor. You have to wave for personnel, buttons on the tables don’t work or they just don’t react to them. Cocktails btw were very tasty, tried them all. The pool was heated in February, clean, life guard was on duty. I would suggest providing glasses for water, as they just give reusable metal bottles. Breakfast is crowded and I felt very uncomfortable like I was in all inclusive Turkish four star hotel. Had to stand in a line every morning to get a table. The quality of food though and replenishment were good. The service could be better, several times waiters forgot about our coffee and when they take away dirty dishes and cutlery they never give you new cutlery set. Our highlight of the trip was Senor Pico – delicious Mexican food on the beach. For 150 deposit you can use the beach area and use this as F&B credit. Good service, atmosphere and I highly recommend to visit.

Great location. Friendly staff, there are also Russian speakers. Upon check-in, they offered an improved room and brought a cake present to the room, because they said that we were newlyweds. The breakfasts were varied and the food was delicious. Eggs of various types, snowballs, hash browns, a small selection of salads, but lots of greens and vegetables separately, red fish. There is also a variety of drinks. There are three restaurants on site. We went to one-Italian. We were also very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. Although it is positioned as a "Family", there were no children over the age of 7, and there were very few younger ones and they behaved perfectly, so no one upset them with screams or tantrums. Electric buses run along the beaches, which is convenient if you decide to walk to the Mall, but you don't have the energy to return). Upon check-in, a deposit of 2000 dirhams was also paid. The balance was returned upon eviction .

It looks pretentious and beautiful, but the service is very strange. The check-in is very slow, the cleaning is disgusting (for 8 nights they never washed the floor in the room, shame on Marriott!), the medieval coupon food system, there is no such thing anywhere else. They also promote the upgrade of children to All inclusive everywhere, while the fact of the "divorce " is to attract families with children. All-inclusive bracelets are given to children selectively, mostly to foreign tourists, and I've seen at most 5 families with bracelets. We recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and my experience was very positive. The hotel impresses with its modern design and attention to detail. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the view from the window — there was a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help — from registration to solving any issues. The service in the hotel's restaurants deserves special praise: a varied menu, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. We have returned from this paradise and we already miss you! The hotel definitely met all expectations and got into the very heart. 📍 Location: Perfect! The hotel is located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. 🛏 Room: Spacious, bright, with panoramic Windows. The cleaning is daily and very high quality — the maids are real fairies. If you need help at the hotel, ask the guy Rahul Kumar at the reception. This is the cleaning supervisor. He's a very positive guy. Speaks English well. In Russian through a translator. Tell them that you are from Alexander from Rostov-on-Don. He'll understand))) The hotel is worth the money. Located in a great location. The sea is clear. A wide boulevard. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has them too. Not all of them were visited. It's delicious in Italian. The buffet in the main dining room restaurant will not leave you hungry. But the assortment is about the same every day. Seafood is sparsely represented. There is no particular abundance of fruits. Good juices and desserts. There are many types of cheeses. I didn't like that a bottle of water was snatched out of the child's hands at the exit.... They said you can't take it out. But they give you unlimited water on the beach and don't bother you if you leave there with it. Fruit ice was distributed by the pool. The water is warm, but with a slight chemical smell. The sun beds are good on the beach and by the pool. There is a construction site across the strait from the hotel. The noise is not strong, but around the clock)) You can get somewhere by taxi or metro. The metro is a 7-minute walk away. But if there are 2-3 of you, then a taxi is more convenient, although more expensive. The Careem app helps. Dirhams are accepted everywhere. We changed them in a bank in Moscow. Cleaning every day. the buffet food is very tasty, restaurant-level (we were with a child of 2 years old, so we took full board). For breakfast at the egg station, you can also order eggs Benedict or poached for free. Omlet station has an omelet specially prepared for you with a variety of additives, of your choice. If desired, you can go to restaurants with different cuisines (Italian, Mexican, Korean, Japanese, Mediterranean) at the hotel for lunch and dinner (unfortunately, you can't go to half of them with children, but that's all clear - the format is not the same). The restaurants include food for 150 dirhams per person, the rest will need to be paid extra (in principle, this is more or less enough, small amounts were paid extra). On the downside, when we were evicted, we had 3 vouchers for 150 dirhams (we went on an excursion), and they could not be spent at once in a restaurant by ordering some expensive steak - they have a 1-person-1 voucher system. For children, everything is included in the hotel, including ice cream (1 ball in half an hour!). In restaurants, 3 meals can be ordered per child on an all-inclusive basis. When we were evicted, we were presented with a bill for some kind of dinner. We paid all the bills immediately on the spot, and we told the manager about it. He replied, okay, so it is, and the account was cleared without any problems and any clarifications and hassle. The child was asked for a cot upon check-in - it was immediately brought with a baby kit (shampoo, shower gel, lotion, soap, toothbrush and paste) and a soft toy. It's a small thing, but it's nice. There is a small animation for children, but from the age of 4. There are some algae floating in the sea, but it is not critical for those who were in Anapa. All in all, one of the best vacations of my life, thank you, Marriott!

Location The hotel is located on a palm tree (quick check-in and check-out on the trunk), 32 km from the airport. Opened in 2022, the first Marriott in the Middle East. The Hilton Hotel is located next to it. They were built by one owner, and then transferred to different departments. Therefore, they look similar in appearance. The location is great, because Palm West Beach is a popular place: 1.5 km of boardwalk, private beach clubs (each with its own restaurant) - most of them are hangouts, DJs are invited. There are no public beaches here. Golden Mall is located next to the hotel (across the street), and Nakheel Mall is 10 minutes away. 2. The territory A spacious lobby with interesting art objects. The communal pool is 75 meters long with a bar in the center and 4 large Jacuzzis on the sides. Prices at the bar: non-alcoholic cocktails 30-50 dirhams, alcoholic 58-60 dirhams. There is a special floor for meetings, conferences and various events. In the SPA center: sauna, steam room, hammam, ice fountain, relaxation areas, etc. Moroccan cosmetics are used. Nearby there is a large gym with panoramic views and modern equipment, open 24/7. 3. Number Most of the rooms have a direct sea view (the first category is a side view). There is also a table with oriental sweets. Chocolate fountains will delight children. There are also 10 a la carte restaurants in the hotel. I was captivated by Smoki Moto (steakhouse, everything imported from Korea here) and Above Eleven (Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, there are only two of them in the world - the second one is in Bangkok). The Japanese restaurant Okku is also very decent (dinner here will cost 250-300 dirhams/person), and the Italian restaurant Cucina is incredibly cozy. If you book half board, all 10 are available for dinner. A loan of 150 dirhams/person is issued. For example: in an Italian restaurant, you can use this loan to get pasta, salad and a glass of wine. When staying with children under 12 years of age: if adults book BB=HB, children will have an upgrade to "all inclusive" (meals according to the children's menu). There is also a free gelato ice cream scoop every hour. The hotel has a club lounge, which is located on a separate floor (open around the clock, but the staff is available from 07:00 to 23:00). Tea/coffee and snacks are free throughout the day. Breakfast is served here from 07:00 to 11:00: cold buffet snacks and a la carte hot dishes. Afternoon tea from 14:00 to 16:00, and in the evening from 18:00 to 20:00 a light dinner with non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails Life hack: you can book half board with a club room (these are rooms with a club prefix and all suites) and actually get full board. The wide distance between the sun beds allows you to relax comfortably. View from the beach to Dubai Marina and Ferris wheel. There is a pedestrian boardwalk between the hotel and the beach. Very nice beach area with restaurants. Prices: salad 80-90 dirhams, sandwiches and burgers 75-95 dirhams 7. Overall impression The location on a Palm tree, but at the same time close to the exit + the hotel's infrastructure allows us to recommend it for both family holidays and business trips. One of the best hotels for summer holidays in Dubai! Firstly, the hotel is new (two years from the date of construction). Secondly, for some reason, not all tour operators talk about it, but this is one of the few hotels where pipes for cooling seawater are dug along the coast. It sounds like madness - how can you cool the sea))), but the topic is really working, and in the July heat, when it was +44 outside, we swam in the bay every day until 1 p.m. Just to make it clear: at this time of year in other hotels (without refrigeration), you just can't go into the water, it's uncomfortably warm, so everyone sits in the pools. The pool in Marriott, by the way, is also cooled, the bar is right in the water, everything is as it should be)) Thirdly, it is a children's mini club. The incredibly caring staff of the club so endeared our children aged five and eight to themselves that we forcibly pulled them out of there. An interesting detail: upon entry, the child is given a passport with an owl and stamps are placed there in the mini-club for completed tasks. At the end of the rest, the child is awarded prizes based on the number of accumulated seals. We chose a backpack and 2 cool key rings. It was a small thing, but the children were happy. Nutrition: yes, it's really delicious. A hint for future tourists: for breakfast, you can order something from the chef personally for yourself. I ordered toasts with avocado, poached egg, lightly salted salmon and sauce, so as not to bother myself. And at dinners every other day, there is a grill on the street, where the grillman roasts gorgeous steaks, shrimps, and so on. We only found out about it on the fourth day by accident, because because of the heat, all the residents of the hotel, including us, eat inside, of course, do not go outside. We had a week off in February 2025. One of the advantages: a new room stock (we had two rooms that were connected by a door). Delicious and varied food. Good sun beds. Good location, there is a place to walk in the evening. Near the shopping center, we walked. Minuses: Only 4 sockets work for the two rooms that we had! The view is just terrible from the window and balcony, the construction site, the garbage. For my daughter's birthday (16 years old) NO Happy Birthday. We didn't know, and they didn't do anything to us every day, not even a piece of paper with congratulations. Ice cream for a child, only one ball and one time. They gave me a "coupon" only after I asked myself. In the end, we didn't go and didn't even try ice cream. Shame on you There is no information freely available, you have to ask everything. We stayed at the hotel in February 2024, we are considering the next vacation and would definitely stay here. The hotel is fresh, everything is new, friendly staff- although they did not meet the Russian-speaking administrator, they will always understand and help. The three of them lived in a huge room with a view of the sea, a chic balcony to sit with coffee and watch huge yachts sail by. Two large beds, a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom, two sinks, all accessories, and even for children. The cozy restaurant, the cleanliness and the serving of dishes are beautiful, the children's corner with a ladder for children, everything was pleasant, delicious and there is a large selection, for dinner every day there are dishes from the chef, chocolate fountains with white and dark chocolate. A 7-year-old child was given a separate card to visit a cafe with Italian ice cream, you can eat for free in any quantity: a good move, because they didn't allow the child more than twice a day, and at the same time they bought it themselves - very tasty ice cream and a huge selection. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and in the pool, towels and bottled water, sunscreen gel and aloe vera in any quantity. There are delicious sandwiches and potatoes in the beach bar, delivery to the sun beds in such plastic boxes - everything is so clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel is great - the promenade along the palm trees and illuminated fountains in the evening, it's gorgeous to watch the sunset, it's so clean everywhere , we saw how the paths of the promenade were washed by hand with mops.There is a huge shopping center nearby - with famous brands. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel: the price corresponds to the quality.

Sunscreens spf 30 and 50 on the beach are freely available , as well as aloe gel . Showers , changing rooms , sun beds - everything is clean . There are free sunbeds/beds on the beach at any time. Bars and restaurants on site are very tasty everywhere , The gym is huge for the "hotel" category, all the necessary exercise equipment and even a crossfit area on the roof.

The Italian was tested with the Neapolitan, there is no Open Sea test, as everywhere else on Palma, except in Abu Dhabi or Ras al Khaimah. A decent gym, with a balcony equipped for crossfit. We had a family vacation for the May holidays in 2025. Excellent breakfasts, for every taste. The children had an all-inclusive system + free ice cream at any time. Nice hotel, great rooms, beautiful view from the balcony. But I was very surprised by the system of fixing guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner, they do it manually, not in the system. They pin pieces of paper on the spike that you bring them from the reception, saying that if you come, then your paper is punctured and glory is visible to them at the end of the shift. It looks very strange in 2025. Yoga is on the schedule, but it's not, because the coach quit, which is also a strange argument. You come to a restaurant, you say I want to have breakfast outside, they tell you there are no seats there, only in the hall (they always say that), although there are a lot of places on the street. You just need to say, no, I just want to be outside and say that you will wait, then they lead you outside with a displeased face. Apparently, the staff doesn't want to clean up a lot from the street, I don't know how else to interpret their behavior. But the food is very tasty and varied, just like everywhere else in good hotels in Dubai. The car is brought from the parking lot quickly enough. We stayed at the hotel for the first time immediately after its opening. This was the third time this year. Perfect cleanliness, delicious food. There really weren 't enough outlets in the rooms , but that didn 't interfere with the rest . A separate like for the spa salon .
