I have been to Pramas several times already and each time I am surprised at how accurately they work with the condition here. The practices are deep, without unnecessary "esoteric fog", everything is on point. The atmosphere inside is very lively and at the same time calm. The place is strong, and you can feel it as soon as you enter. If you're looking for something real, I recommend it.

One of the most stylish, beautiful and cool places for bodywork. Super masters. And the atmosphere is incredible. I've been to Gravity and I've been to Alexander's. And at Nastya's sound healing. I highly recommend it. And just exhale, charge the battery, reboot. And working with tolom is visible in 1 lesson. Lightness, flexibility, relaxation.
