Hello, everyone! I rented a Mercedes for a week to make a couple of business and tourist trips. Thank you to Denis for his responsiveness and friendly communication. The car arrived on time and left on time. Everything went as agreed, with no surprises. We used the services of this company from 12/18/2025 to 12/22/2025. in Dubai. We were completely satisfied. It's very convenient that the guys are Russian-speaking. The day before the car was issued, they contacted us and asked for the driver's documents, which shortened the time when signing the contract. We took a Mini Cooper S Cabrio. They brought me to the hotel and left me at the airport. Although it's not free, it's very convenient. We are very happy with Cooper, it's a fresh year, technically everything is perfect. In three and a half days, we drove 1000 km. It's an ideal car for Dubai, and driving around the city at night in a convertible is just a fire. Manager Denis (thanks a lot to him), explained everything clearly by car, told about the peculiarities of driving behavior in the Emirates. I was always in touch. I took it with a zero deductible (and it's $ 100 more expensive), but I realized that if you drive carefully, trips in cities and on the highway in the UAE are no more complicated than Russian roads, and in some ways even simpler. We paid only 60 dirhams for toll roads, and there were no fines. As a result, I recommend Friendly Cars Dubai to everyone. We are grateful to these guys for having a good time in the Emirates. in the future, we will use the services of this company only.
