All the time, if you need something for manicure materials, I bought it only here! I can't place an order for 3 days. The first day I arrived at the store, I walked by myself for 20 minutes, the consultant did not even think to approach. As a result, I made an order through the website, the assortment stated on the website does not correspond to reality. Many things are simply not available, but no analogues have even been offered. Okay! I started writing to the consultant on Viber myself to orient myself on the assortment, in 5 hours they answered only 2 times, and then to no avail. It is a pity that there is no interest in customers! Even if I wanted to, I couldn't buy anything!

Good afternoon I bought a strong 210 milling cutter... a regular working model... I fell for the action (don't repeat my mistakes!). Working days began... Immediately there was a vibration in all the nozzles... but according to the terrible customer reviews, it didn't seem to me... The vibration was at any speed with any attachments... Plus, the speed was very confusing... In the first 10 days of operation, I applied to the store under warranty, and indicated vibration and speed in the application... At the bottom of the application, you need to sign for the repair time of 14 and 30 days, but when buying, they assured you that if you really need it, the master can look at it on the spot, this is not a problem, supposedly, we ask the master, we always go to a meeting ... Okay... We got attached to the legislation in terms of deadlines, it was only in this store that I felt such a guaranteed repair of milling cutters...(Customer orientation 00000!) Before that, everything was clear and on point from another seller and another service center... I made an appointment for the day and time... I brought 30 minutes and it's done... And this is a warranty repair and not a warranty repair.. there is no difference, the service scheme is the same!!!Great customer-oriented service! So I passed the strong on Sunday, and since it's a working tool (the masters will understand)his absence is a loss of work, on weekdays I started calling the store to find out if they had already done it... On the 2nd call, they answered that they say why do you call every day...you have signed the terms of the repair. We will call you as soon as possible. You signed up for terms of 14 and 30 days, and it's not in a very pleasant way. When I asked about the contacts and the location of the service center serving them, I was told that they did not know any information, someone was coming and taking it away... And where my expensive property is being carried and who repairs it, they cannot answer me (they do not know) 🤦information about the location of my milling cutter was hidden in every possible way... A question arises... And where does this store repair milling cutters in general and do they have a contract with a service center if they sold a milling cutter of this quality! Finally, after a verbal altercation about the location of my milling cutter within 2-3 hours, they called and said they had done it... Come and get it... Allegedly, the brushes were not lapped.. I took it away that day, and the lapping of the brushes was written in the act... They ignored the speed issue... They returned it, just to get rid of me.... The vibration has not gone away... I tried to adjust... As a result, the speed started to jump... The vibration went higher on the engine, the milling cutter began to jam and finally stopped... Frese is not even two months old, this is the first time such nonsense has happened....Supposedly, I can't bring this miracle back... Bring it under warranty... We will allegedly give it to a service center, the address and contacts of which are not called (they do not know) to be continued...

It is stated that they work with legal entities, placed an order- they call back and inform you that not all goods can be purchased by bank transfer. When asked why, they answered rudely - because we don't work, period. I asked how I could get it, and they said that the product was completely missing. The obvious conclusion is that some of the goods are sold illegally, bypassing the tax service. In this case, at least they had the sense to communicate culturally with the buyer.
