There was a stop in Konya on the way to Cappadocia. We tried etli ekmek because it is a local food. with ayran 300 lire. It's delicious, even if it looks like there's not enough minced meat. they explained themselves with gestures, although later a guy with English skills appeared. We have successfully paid with the flight card. it was cooked in about 7 minutes. it was cooked with us from 0 - this is not a heated billet.
