Amazing hotel for the price. Only thing is there is no good/reasonable restaurants close by. They charge 10× more for drinks than normal price. I think the palm is good but I wouldn't stay again because of the inconvenience of going to and from the hotel. It will cost you a lot in taxis.

We booked a table in advance, repeated several times that we were celebrating a birthday, we needed a good table with a beautiful view of the city. As a result, we arrive and are seated at the exit and near the table where dirty dishes are collected, while a portable air conditioner blows very strongly at our backs with icy air. We immediately tell the manager that this table is not suitable, we remind you that everything was discussed in advance when booking, and we also ask you to remove the ice-cold air conditioner. To this we receive an answer in an extremely unpleasant form, that nothing can be done. after a few more minutes of dialogue, the manager says that he will think about what can be done. As a result, on my birthday my mood was completely ruined to the point of tears. after 25 minutes we were moved to another table. I had to go ask for a happy birthday (song, dessert), the restaurant staff themselves forgot about it. the impressions are simply terrible, if you have an important event, I do not recommend going to this restaurant. In addition, of all the food that we ordered, everything was tasteless.

This is a very very cool restaurant, I left a pleasant impression! It has two Michelin stars and is located on the 70th floor. We booked a table here a week in advance. It is better to go by taxi, it is further than Burj Khalifa. The interior is very pleasant, the guests are complimented with fresh pastries and olives with olive oil - it's very tasty! Surprisingly, we ate one plate and they brought us another one for free. We went to a business lunch, excellent service, amazing Italian cuisine. A gorgeous veranda, from here you can take photos with the view. If we are still in Dubai, we will definitely visit this place again! I am happy to recommend it, we really liked it! Be sure to visit them, then say thank you!

The food is pretty good, drinks were not included in the lunch price, so in the end, about $ 85 came out for two. The most interesting thing was at the end, when our union pay card was not accepted (we paid it perfectly everywhere for two weeks), we had dollars in cash, which were also not accepted. They offered to pay with another card (not a Russian one, of course, and we don't have any others) or go to the exchanger and withdraw the dirhams. We didn't have time for this fun, so after long conversations between the waitress and the receptionist, it was decided to accept payment in dollars from us (so be it), but increasing the total amount to $ 100. Such is the customer orientation and the overpaid 1,500rubles.
