A terrible workshop!! I brought the shoes, glued them and put a leather insert on the back. I brought it to the SR, they said they would be ready on Sat. I arrived at the end of the next week and it is not ready, there is no supply of leather But when they are ready, they did not answer me, there is no phone, just go and find out if they are ready or not! Even if you dare to go there, do NOT pay immediately!!

It's just awful!!!! I gave my backpack for repair. I brought it on March 19, they said it would be ready in a week. I paid for everything right away. I got into isolation, so I came in 10 days later - it's closed. I came in a day later - I'm not ready, the car broke down. They said it would be ready by the end of the week. Well good. I came at the beginning of the next one, so that for sure it was closed. I came in a couple of days later - "sorry, we work from 13.00." I'm on the clock - 13.30, not a word, not a breath. There is no phone either. As she came, so she left(((. She came on April 9 - closed, went out for 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes... Finally I got to this place. And....? It's not ready!!! They told me to wait. After 10 minutes, they gave me a sewn-up backpack. The result is that for 22 days they did 10-minute work for me. The quality of the work leaves much to be desired, because it is not possible to make high-quality repairs in such a time ((. I don't advise anyone, and I don't set foot anywhere else.
