We bought a xiaomi humidifier with my husband. After 1.5 months of use, it broke down, water was pouring from everywhere. Passed for quality control. After 14 days, no one got in touch. They started calling themselves to clarify what was wrong with the humidifier. The seller said that it was under repair and that he had to wait another week. I explained to the seller that I had not agreed to repair my goods and that I wanted to return the money for low-quality goods in accordance with Article 20 "Consumer rights in case of sale of goods of inadequate quality" of the Law of the Republic of Belarus On Consumer Protection. The seller refused to refund the money, also said that he did not need my consent to repair my humidifier and that if I did not want to take the repaired humidifier, then I should go to court. Thus, neither the seller nor the service center contacted me once to notify me of the result of checking the quality of the goods I bought, I was refused to return the money for the goods of inadequate quality, refused to replace the goods with the same proper quality, and the seller rudely communicated with me and my husband on the phone, constantly repeating that he (the seller) has the right to repair the goods without my consent for repair and that he does not intend to peacefully resolve the issue, he offered to go to court. In the end, I replied that I would come and write a complaint, go to court. Upon arrival, we just got our money back. It is unclear what the whole circus was about.

If you plan to buy something from this office (there is no other way to name it), be prepared that you will be led by the nose, but in fact the product will cost much more in a day.managers fill in the phone very well, everything is smooth, but in fact you will have to wait two days for delivery and not only will the goods not be delivered, but they will not even call back. This is the first time I have met such piggishness, given the competition in the market, this store will not be long... choose the best, not this one...I do not recommend using the word at all!!!!!Avoid it!!!
