I was extremely disappointed to visit this jewelry store. The level of service and customer orientation leaves much to be desired. Sandra greeted the consultant without a smile, looked appraisingly and showed no desire to help. I got the impression that I was distracting her from more important things. She answered questions in monosyllables, without interest, as if she were doing a favor. A jewelry store is a place where not only the assortment is important, but also the atmosphere and attention to the customer. Unfortunately, I didn't feel it here.

We bought a white gold ring, which bent after 1.5 days of wear, considering that on that day, no "physical exertion" was performed, and the ring was worn carefully. Literally, the dishes weren't even washed. They wanted to exchange the marriage for the same, as they felt that it was deformed too quickly (1.5 days!!!). We received a refusal. Hurtful. To be honest, I don't want to contact the chain of these stores anymore. We don't even know where to buy wedding rings, but certainly not here. But I want to point out that the staff themselves are friendly and courteous. Two stars, exclusively thanks to the staff.

How many times have we visited and bought, how many times have we seen consultants with dissatisfied faces and appraising eyes. The gold quality leaves much to be desired. We bought the earrings, the eyelet was worn off, without any physical intervention, and they were brought under warranty. In conclusion, the company wrote that it was not a warranty case. Reason:improper operation. Although it's clear that it's not my fault. If you don't want to spoil your mood for the day, then it's better not to come here, consider other jewelry stores for shopping)
