I always stay here when I come to Dubai. Burjuman shopping mall is just next to it. Metro station which goes to Dubai Shopping Mall and Deira City Centre Shoppin mall is very near. Staff is very friendly.

There is an excellent 4-star hotel in a great location. There is cleaning every day, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied and the location of the hotel is good, where there is a supermarket nearby. I recommend it for a stay

1. I liked the hotel externally. Check-in is at 14.00, but for 150 dirhams it is possible to check in immediately. Convenient location close to Carryfour and Day to day supermarkets. The hotel is located close to the Burdjaman metro station at the intersection of two branches. There is a bus stop next to the metro station. 2. Room: everything is fine, clean, cleaned every day, tea/coffee/ cream and bottled water replenished every day. Bed linen is changed every day (but if you don't need it, put a sign on the pillow). There is a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, shower set, slippers. The air conditioner and TV were working properly. 3. Despite the fact that our room bordered the elevator with one wall, there was no noise, the elevator runs smoothly. 4. Swimming pool. It is located on the roof of the building, on the 14th floor. Towels are near the entrance, there is a sauna, but no one turned it on. Drinks can be enjoyed by the pool from the Skybar. The pool itself is small with a children's area. The lifeguard constantly monitors safety, notes the visit in the log. The pool is open until 20.00 5. Food. We took breakfasts and dinners (dinner can be replaced with lunch). Buffet breakfasts, dinners are subject to pre-order (before 17.00 you need to choose dishes from the menu). Dinner consists of soup, salad, second course and dessert. We recommend that you try a chocolate brownie for dessert. Our dinners were served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, and only water was poured from the drinks. The portions for dinner were large, we asked to put the leftovers in a container. Sometimes the dinner was served in a buffet style. In the same restaurant, you can eat according to the usual menu or order in the room. 6. The staff is polite and helpful. They speak only English. There were no Russians in the hotel. 7. Disadvantages: There is no transfer to the beach. There were no adapters for sockets (we brought our own).

The worst hotel in Dubai. Cockroaches are running, it's just terrible.....the rooms are very old, as if no repairs have ever been done. The rooms are very dirty, and the staff is completely unresponsive. They asked me to change the towels, but they didn't do anything. The food is disgusting, it doesn't taste good, and the hair gets caught. The walls are cardboard, you can hear every sneeze. The room smelled strongly. I strongly advise against this hotel.

The hotel doesn't even match 3 stars. There is no hair dryer in the room, and if it is suddenly in unexpected places ("you need to read all our stickers"), the phone does not work, towels are minimal. Emirates settled us here. The hotel creates all the conditions for the guests to get out of here as quickly as possible. That's how they earn more. And in general, the "dead" rooms, which are unpleasant.

we stayed twice in the 21st and 22nd years. there are practically no disadvantages, except perhaps the pool (because there is a breeze and the water is cool, but who knows, my friend really liked it). But, plus, there's a cool sauna nearby, it heats up pretty quickly, and a fitness room. The rooms are medium-sized and have everything you need (I don't know what one of the commentators was missing). The breakfasts are excellent, varied, and satisfying, and if anything ends, they add it quickly) There is no transfer to the sea, but there are almost 7 or 8 stops by regular bus from the entrance to the LaMer beach. (the beach is free) They also wrote about the location- excellent- metro, shops, catering nearby for every taste. By the way, the prices are also quite affordable.
