I am very disappointed with the work of this pharmacy in the Dubai Marina area. They promised that the order could be made via WhatsApp, but in the end they were fed promises. At first, they said that they were checking the price with the management, since I asked about a discount for a large volume (although later it turned out that there was a single price for my drug in Dubai, and no discounts were possible in principle). Then they promised to deliver the drug in three days, but the deadlines were not met. When I went to the pharmacy the next day, it turned out that they had a day off, and no one could say for sure if my drug would be delivered at all. I have not received any guarantees or clear answers. As a result, I went to a nearby pharmacy, where the drug was available, and they arranged delivery the next day without any problems. There are no complaints about the staff — they were nice, but this does not compensate for the complete disorganization and chaos in the work. It seems that due to the incompetence of management and some employees, I have to walk around in a panic and think about whether I will have time to buy a vital drug. The service has one name.
