And in order to save his "expert" reputation, he said something along the lines of "we have a printing company here, we don't deal with such small things as printouts."

Terrible service. Girls don't want to work, they do everything very slowly and are rude, they definitely won't get into their pockets for a word. I paid 2.5 rubles for 5 printed sheets, waited 10 minutes for them to be printed, and there were no people at all. The staff did not even greet or say goodbye in return. They ruined my day. I do not recommend contacting this place.
