We bought an apartment at auction. And they couldn't evict the previous owners from there. It turns out that this is done only by court. The question was about the price and the timing. Basically, everyone promised that they would be evicted in at least half a year. Therefore, we have set ourselves up for long trials. We applied to the Master of Law on the recommendation of friends. A really professional approach. Everything was clearly and succinctly laid out on the shelves. As a result, they drew up such a lawsuit that the former owners wanted to settle) They also returned the state duty!!! I wish there were more such professionals!!!

Since 2021, we have been suing our former partner, we have common workshops for the production of metal structures. Six months ago, we were recommended to contact Sergey Klushin. He listened to us carefully, but said that he sees the situation differently than our lawyers, and did not insist on concluding a contract. We lost the appeal then, because the previous lawyers had built the defense incorrectly, and we shouldn't have said goodbye to them then. And we came back to the "Master of Law" to Sergey Klushin. He explained how we would act, prepared documents, and attended meetings. As a result, the cassation was filed for good reason, the court supported our demands, overturned the previous decision.
