Not knowing the translation of the name, we went to a cafe next to the hotel "by consonance", so that we could later tell friends how we ate in an expensive area of Dubai for only "For RUB" (in fact, the literal translation of Zaroob is a small alley). Authentic Lebanese street eatery (Levant street eatery), as it is. A mix of Arabic, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisines. The portions are far from molecular and haute cuisine – in terms of the generous sizes of the dishes (and the decoration, of course). Moreover, the food here is measured in meters! This is no joke: for 199AED, a real self-made tablecloth with a length of 1 m will unfold in front of you, judging by the table offer. Satisfying, tasty, democratic, budget-friendly, atmospheric, although the design is ambiguous. The hall on the first floor (the second was closed) is painted in garish colors: bright pink, yellow-orange, green, blue. And the furniture is contrasting. There are posters on the walls. The room is not stuffy, but even cold – because of the ubiquitous Dubai condees. They asked me to sit at a table so that it wouldn't blow too hard. There is no menu in printed form, only in the application. Since it opened via a QR code on the table (we couldn't connect to Wi-Fi), we were given a tablet with all the pictures and prices. The order was handled without difficulty, but with laughter. You must admit that "Puck x Zaroob" doesn't sound too serious in Russian. The staff is friendly, attentive, and not intrusive. Since we ordered a cheese pie, falafel, shawarma/shawarma of two types with different sauces, and we also received complimentary tortillas and pitas later, we couldn't handle everything, of course. The pie was kindly packed in a box with us. Fortunately, there was both a refrigerator and a microwave in our hotel room. Payment is possible both by cards and in cash. In general, we were satisfied with the visit to the cafe. And the quality of the cuisine is decent, and not too burdensome on the budget.

A great place with an inexpensive price tag by Dubai standards and very tasty food. We recommend a pie with cheese and minced meat. The children are delighted. The hall on the second floor is very beautiful, decorated with various posters and contrasting furniture.
