I ordered buns with me, they mixed up the order, put buns worth less than what I ordered, I found out when I got home, they didn't give me a receipt, I thought that's it, I won't see my buns. I called the number indicated at the point, explained the situation, said that I could leave the rolls that I was given and asked to approach them. They gave me a bun that was mixed up and put another one on top, I was satisfied, the buns were delicious.

Overall, it's not bad. It always smells delicious, which attracts attention. I've tried it a couple of times, but it's too sweet for me, so I can't just eat it all. But the buns are always fresh. Maintenance: I would like less fuss, because this lengthens the service time.

I visited your institution on 05/15/2026 with my wife. We ordered a mini pecan, a Cherry mix roll and one 200 ml cappuccino. I didn't take the receipt after payment (my mistake), but the amount of 37.7 rubles for such a set immediately alerted me. I pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier. Another employee (a girl) came up and started explaining to me how much it costs, in fact, confusing me. I picked up the order, took it to the table, came back and counted everything myself. It turned out that they gave me two coffees instead of one. An extra 7 rubles. When I came over to sort it out, the cashier and the senior manager who came over offered the following "service": "You will pay for the order again, and the previous payment will be credited to the card in a few days." Naturally, this option did not suit me. He asked me to just make a second (mistakenly punched) coffee. Made. But the most unpleasant thing is that the coffee was brewed and not invited. We were sitting a meter away from the showcase. I was called by chance by a guy from the queue who saw the whole situation (thanks a lot for his humanity). To my question to the cashier: "Why didn't they invite you?" he got a blunt answer.: "We called." And the barista turned around and in a raised voice began to prove that she had called. Neither my wife nor I heard a word. The result: they miscalculated, did not apologize, were rude, did not fulfill their basic duty (to invite a guest). The feedback form on your website is not working, so I am writing here. The staff is disgusting. There is no desire to return to this institution.
