The service is just at zero. I tried to order a bouquet a few days in advance — each time I was fed with promises of "we will serve you tomorrow." In the end, I never got a proper response. When I started the correspondence on the day of the order, the attitude became frankly boorish. Instead of fulfilling the delivery agreement (which we discussed in advance!), I was rudely told to come and pick up the bouquet myself. At the last moment, they just left me in a difficult situation. They made me hope until the last moment, and then they actually refused to fulfill the order. Due to their irresponsibility, we had to urgently look for another store that could deliver properly. I strongly do not recommend contacting them. If you don't want to spoil your mood and thwarted plans, avoid this store. It is better to immediately find another place where customers are treated with respect and really fulfill their promises.
