A gorgeous place, friendly staff, cleanliness everywhere, daily maintenance of the territory and premises is felt. Great and varied breakfast, very warm rooms! Very good location,convenient to admire the balloons!

I liked it!!! An authentic hotel with cave rooms, while very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, German plumbing. Gels and shampoos are pleasant. Slippers. Lots of cute accessories: antique household items, old photos, clothes. The territory is not large, but well maintained, there are many locations for privacy and enjoying beautiful views of the valley. There are viewing platforms for observing balloons. The staff is very customer-oriented, polite, unobtrusive. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Coffee for a fee. A pleasant compliment on arrival is a bottle of wine and dried fruit nuts.

Everything is super, great view of the balloons at dawn. Good, delicious breakfast, pleasant staff. I really liked the room, with a fireplace, with a free-standing bathroom. We lived in room 15.
