Like many people here, I ordered the tiles in August 2025 and made a 100% prepayment... For a second, today is April 2026... They "fed me breakfast" all the time and rescheduled the dates, but no one called or warned me about the postponements, I called myself and found out what "light" my order was in? Bottom line, at the moment, I have not received the tile and the money, too... I contacted my lawyers, collected a package of documents, sent the claims, and then the court. So think about whether you need all these hemorrhoids!

Don't waste your time and nerves. 100% prepayment, the tiles were delivered two weeks later than the agreed date, constant "breakfasts". The money for the low-quality product was returned for almost a month, and they only moved after receiving a written claim.
