I don't know how many stars they actually have, it seemed to me something between 3-4. Rumservice is not annoying, hung a sign so that they wouldn't bother and wouldn't even knock. The food is monotonous, but you won't starve. The beach can be reached on foot in 30-40 minutes or by taxi for 12-15 dirhams. There are many rooms for smokers, so you can smell tobacco from the previous guest at the entrance. Rooms are booked in advance, especially during the season.

In the next six months, there will probably be more noise here, construction on the neighboring site, piles have been hammered since 7 a.m., and in the evening, restaurants and clubs in the building itself make it very difficult to fall asleep, there are definitely earplugs on the 6th floor to help, a fairly old hotel, I don't know about food, I haven't tried, plus the fact that after changing rooms (because of the noise of the construction site), a piece of the bay was visible through the window.

Well-deserved 3 ⭐. They don't try to pull on 4. The food is mediocre, 40% of the Indian dishes .You can last a week. If it takes longer, it gets boring. There are no malls nearby. The only advantage is the proximity of the embankment, the sea and green spaces.

There are several clubs in the hotel.That's why it's very noisy after 10.Overall, it's neat and tidy, but the hotel hasn't seen renovation or modernization for a long time.

I really enjoyed visiting this hotel. Cleanly cleaned, the furniture is of good quality. The 2 meter wide bed was amazing-very comfortable. We lived on the 9th floor-it was very quiet. There are disadvantages, of course, but they are insignificant. First: poor catering. There are very few dishes in the restaurant, and you need to pay 40 dirhams for lunch or breakfast. Second: there is no parking for cars. But it didn't become a problem for us -we found a parking lot nearby, a three-minute walk away. The sea is nearby, you can walk to the beach. There is a park next to it with live parrots on trees and mangalas. By the way, you can have a snack nearby in small eateries for the same money.)

Average hotel. Lived there for a month. The reception staff is polite, but the cleaners are stupid and lazy. The view from the windows is sluggish - either the city landscape or the hotel opposite. In general, it's fine, but no more. To the embankment 15 minutes on foot. It strains the contingent at the beer - evening bar, on the lower floors, but for someone it's even for the good.))) The nearest beach is closer. Close to shops and the city center. Near the bus stop in Marina Mall.
