A cluster with a convenient location right by the JBR beach and the Walk walking area. Near the mall by the beach. There are several buildings in the cluster, as is typical for JBR, it is quite spacious, you can walk. There are stairs to the boardwalk, as well as an elevator to the parking lot and the street below. There are fountains/faucets right by the stairs to wash your feet after the beach, an extremely convenient thing. The location is excellent. It's nice to live near the famous promenade, mall, beautiful beach. One of the disadvantages is the eternal traffic jams at the entrance to the area in the evening, but there's probably nothing you can do about it. Otherwise, it has everything you need.
