It seems they have changed staff and hired some new waiters. I ordered strawberry tea, waitress brought it spilling. It is fine to spill the tea, just, you should inform it before giving it to the customer. Sorry, I spilled the drink. When I was in other café, they spilled a bit of coffee, they brought new coffee. I didn't expect, new cup of tea, but some information beforehand would be nice. French toast with vanilla ice cream was burnt a bit. I have ordered this dish at least 4 times in different Bon, it was never burnt. And burning toast is not an easy task P. S. The review was written in April, I think Yandex had some issues saving it

I really like coffee in Beaune. I decided to try a new product: frappe pink cloud. It was disappointingly tasteless, which made me very upset, because good coffee is the key to a good day. It became much better when the uncomfortable dark veranda was removed and an open patio with umbrellas was left. But in the evenings it is very dark outside, there are not enough lamps above the tables, and this is a problem, because even the menu is difficult to read. Maybe it's already been solved? Otherwise, it's just a regular chain coffee shop. On the plus side, there is decaf, the waiters try their best, the price tag is low and there is something to choose from a savory snack (salads, pancakes with different fillings).
