I made a purchase at this store in Dubai on June 6th and 7th, 2023. Among the items I bought were Nike Air Zoom DV3853-002 sneakers. Regrettably, I have encountered a quality issue with these shoes as both pairs have fabric damage, which I have documented with attached photo. Unfortunately, the receipt did not survive, and the shop refused to find the purchase in their system. They advised to send a message to the customer service. And the customer service is still not answering on my email. It looks like this shop sells non-original Nike with very poor quality. Everyone should know this.
