In the morning, my husband stopped by for coffee and spoiled his mood once again. We give you a lot of chances because the coffee shop is conveniently located nearby and just down the road. But now we'll drive off after kindergarten and grab coffee at a coffee shop on the Embankment. It was like this. I walk in, two people are standing next to me and waiting for an order. I'm waiting for them to say hello to me and accept my order, because the girl was swarming around the cash register - so I waited 5-7 minutes, no one greeted me, I left on business. I come back in 10 minutes and the picture repeats itself, again for 5 minutes without greeting. In the end, they didn't say hello to me, they just asked me what my order would be. I ordered two cappuccinos - one had foam until the lid was closed, the second drink had foam that began to bubble when sugar was added. And so it always is, they have been working for more than a year, but they have not learned how to make foam - only in this coffee shop. We haven't been there for half a year - we decided to give it a chance, but we missed it again. There is no queue there. From experience, I can assume that either two cappuccinos are made from one pitcher, or the remaining foam is not poured out of the pitcher and rinsed, milk is added to the foam and whipped again. Or the baristas just overheat the milk. I may be wrong, of course, but the result speaks for itself. I emphasize that there is no queue, there are two people working, and two cappuccinos with fallen foam, without hello and have a nice day. Once again I'm upset, I'll go to another place for coffee.

Immediately from the start, a negative impression, we went for coffee, while we were choosing, the girl was sitting sticking into the phone, neither hello nor goodbye. Only when they were standing right next to the cash register did she come over to take the order. Teach employees how to greet people
